Très bel endroit avec des chambres propres et confortables. Personnel serviable et très courtois. 30 minutes après mon arrivée,la réceptionniste a communiqué avec moi pour me demander si tout était OK dans la chambre. Petit geste très apprécié de ma part. Il y a un très bon restaurant a même l'hôtel. Très bon déjeuner continental.

Our stay exceeded our expectation. The room was clean and spacious. We booked a room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was set up very nicely with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Since one of us has severe chemical sensitivity, we asked for an allergen-free room. It worked so well for us. The front desk staff was exceptional in their service. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and most importantly reasonably priced. I really enjoyed their complimentary breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. As this is not my first stay at a Best Western, it never disappoints. I highly recommend this location or any Best Western for that matter.

Rooms are very spacious, beds aren’t very comfortable most staff is kind but have definitely encountered a few that were cranky and rude. The gym doesn’t open until 8am which is not convenient for any busy person they are unwilling to make any exceptions about that. The breakfast is phenomenal though. Not super kid friendly unfortunately.

Very comfortable, large rooms, very clean, lots of storage, lots of free parking. Breakfast was also very good. For those who care, there is a Tim Horton's right across the street. ||It will be even better once the renovations at the front are done. It was a bit like walking through a maze to find the reception desk, but perhaps the reno is done by now. ||I would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed here for 7 nights. It's a bit old, but overall the amenities are fine. Our only complaint was the worn out, uncomfortable bed and the front desk's lack of interest in resolving the issue. For one night it's not a big deal, but sleeping on an old worn out mattress for 7 nights is no good. We complained about it early in our stay and were told someone would follow up with us. We never heard from anyone for the remainder of our stay. I took it up with them at checkout time and was told "sorry but we didn't have any other mattresses to offer you and the king beds in all the other rooms are just as old and worn out". They did not offer to compensate us in any way for 7 uncomfortable nights. Lame response so we won't be staying here again. There are plenty of other hotels so there is no need to stay in one with worn out beds.

*Update Jan. 28th*
The hotel replied to my review and I felt obliged to comment on it. Their response is very typical of companies these days: "Very sorry we caused you problems, we'll try harder next time". What they're missing is that there won't be a next time. When you inconvenience a customer through a bad product or a bad customer service experience, you make it right by offering them something to make up for it. An apology is easy. Refunding us one night would show that they are actually sorry about it, instead of just paying lip service.
