David the front desk manager was extremely kind. He let us check in early and he also let us check out a little bit later we were visiting family in Lethbridge and I shared that we were gonna have the kids come to the pool and have fun on the slide, he was extremely accommodating. Definitely a brand ambassador!!

Also, Miranda was fabulous during the breakfast. She was very swift and anybody that needed anything. She was very attentive to all needs of all guests during the breakfast.

Our stop was most enjoyable. The service is spectacular! The staff are so personable and helpful. Room was clean. Shower was great! We didn't get to enjoy the pool and exercise room but looked very clean and nice. Our sleep was sound and bed was super comfy.
Thank you to the great staff. We will be stopping in on our way back home!

Honestly this hotel is so nice, my husband and I got a Jacuzzi room and it was so relaxing and we had so much fun, the ladies at the front desk are so funny and great, they have a coffee machine which is accessible for all which was wonderful and the breakfasts included made us feel like we were at a restaurant. Quiet hotel and a great time, we will for sure be back.

Great hotel as long as you don’t have to put up with hockey parents. Had a group that wouldn’t stop. Staff did a great job in keeping rhe parents in line even though they were so loud and rude. ||Breakfast rocked. Lots of great selections. Staff were amazing. Food was plentiful and always restocked. ||Back again in Dec for another tournament. Looking forward to it.

Beware if hockey teams stating here. We have stayed here many times when travelling between prairies and BC. Usually ok place to stop. Stayed after Xmas and chaos with hockey team on location. Complaint to manager was unresolved and he advised the staff were awesome and looked after all guests while dismissing our complaint. Lost a platinum customer. Their deposit rate for a support dog is uncommon.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was also excellent! I think the best part of our stay was the quality of the breakfast. So good. Overall, very clean, friendly, and comfortable! 10/10 recommend

We had a great experience at this hotel! We were on vacation and had stayed at several hotels during our trip and this was by far my favorite stay. The staff was very accommodating for placing the reservation and checking us in later in the night after a long drive. They were very friendly and polite! The room was very clean and well presented. The pool was a little small but very well maintained and had a decent shallow/deep end as well as a slide, and there were a lot of towels available! The continental breakfast selection was great and all 3 kids found something they would eat. Overall I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable! A great last hotel for our trip. Thank you!
