Vraiement une chambre incroyable. Tellement beau

Very nice room, quiet and comfortable for our overnight. We arrived late and left early so not much to say about the amenities. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The morning we were there they were serving fresh tasting scrambled eggs and plenty of house cooked bacon which is unusual. The check-in and check out was smooth. The room cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend it. Our room was quiet as I had read some other reviews recommending a room on the top floor and away from the elevator. I don't know if other rooms were quiet.

Front staff wasn’t friendly but far from rude. Breakfast and cleaning staff was amazing. Always treating you with smiles. Lady that worked breakfast (M-W) was amazing taking the time to talk and make you feel welcome. Pool is kept on the colder side. Never had towels stocked. When front desk was paged for need items they made it feel like we inconvenienced them. Great location. Clean room.

The rooms are pristine clean, well stocked with everything you might need for your stay (including a sewing kit). It was nice to have a ‘provided’ comfy robe and slippers to slip on after a long, busy day!! |I can’t say enough about the breakfast!! and it’s included with your room price!!|The cook (sorry, I can’t remember her name) works very, very hard to ensure that all your breakfast needs are met!! She loves her job, and greets you with a smile upon arrival. She goes above and beyond!! Please make sure and tell her that on your next stay.

Honestly I have been going to this hotel for over 10 years and its always been amazing. I get great deals as a rewards member, and the slide is amazing at the pool. Steam room was shut down last time we went. Breakfast was a little crappier than before but edible.

Why is the heat in the lobby 25 deg c when its 20 deg outside? Decent hotel, clean rooms and good size parking lot. Breakfast wasn't the best and my room wasn't cleaned during the day when I was out. Good pool and slide.

This hotel, from the first step in the door, felt very high end. The staff at the desk were friendly and greeted us right away. Our check-in took less than 5 mins, and we were well informed by the staff of all the amenities and their location. I found the bed to be a dream to sleep on. Our room had 2 queens and a sofa bed. It's very spacious despite having 3 beds in it. The in room sink was nice. The pool was decent. Steam room was closed, which was a little disappointing, but the rest of the pool offerings were good. Great temperatures in the pool and hot tub. The kids had a blast on the water slide. Breakfast was wonderful. Tater tots were crispy, and so was the bacon. When the orange juice ran out, it was refilled within a minute. The coffee was good, too. Check out was a breeze. And plenty of parking with many stores close by. Wendy's and Starbucks, need i say more? I am certian we have found our new overnight spot on our regular trips to Calgary. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did. I will post photos on our next stay.

Really nice hotel, had a great experience visiting from BC . I would absolutely recommend for anyone but especially family’s. The pool is perfect for the kids. Continental breakfast had good options .
