Lauri is a magician! I went in for a pregnancy massage at 9 months, first time with Lauri. The whole space was calming, and inviting, and he was able to hit all my pressure points from being pregnant and working from home at a desk all day. She was very thorough going through my patient form, which I appreciated, to better understand any concerns I or she may have. Great impression, and I look forward to going back again.

Unfortunately the customer service and booking app they use is why I have to give this one star. It put the appointment on my calendar but didn't text a reminder of it, (despite me requesting the reminder) and the day of the appointment was no longer on my calendar. So I missed my appointment (while with my own client in crisis) and the owner, while polite decided the $112 missed appointment fee was more important than having a ongoing regular client. I can't speak to their level of care in appointments, but I was really hoping for a different outcome and level of client care. The Jane app seems way more reliable that other service providers use. Be cautious if you book here and don't trust their app to remind you.

Lauri is my go to girl! She massaged me all through my pregnancy and she was incredible. I also had an amazing hot stone massage from her! Inviting and cozy atmosphere and Lauri os super sweet (owner and RMT). Definitely recommend. The only downside here is no direct billing.

Had a wonderful relaxation massage with Nataliia! She is very skilled at her craft and gives an excellent treatment! The blade work that she does worked so great for the tension in my back! I will definitely be going back again.

Had my first massage there this week and have already booked my follow-up. Loved the facility, perfect temperature on one of the hottest, most humid days of the year. Massage was just right blend of pressure and working through the problem areas. Excited to support this local business!
