The food is fantastic and healthy, there are do many differnt options and add ins for certain items. The service is great, staff is polite and do a great job. The price is right to!
So happy this opened up in Renfrew.

The mixed berry smoothie was excellent and low in sugar, a great healthy option for diabetics. You can always add a shot of pure maple syrup to sweeten it up! Lots of healthy add-ins like hemp hearts, chia seed, pumpkin seed, and flax seed. I’ve gotta try their waffles next time. This is the spot for healthy energy in Renfrew!

Delicious smoothies! Very nice inside. Super clean, even dedicated parking is neat and tidy. Very pleasant place to sit and enjoy smoothies, coffee, waffles. Hidden gem! I wish I had taken few photos to show how good it is.

Just stopped in for the first time today for a smoothie, beautiful setting and very friendly staff! I asked the wonderful woman working the counter what she would recommend as I’d never been there before and was stumped on what to get. She recommended the raspberry mango smoothie, definitely was not disappointed! Will be returning soon! ?

We stopped in for a late breakfast. VERY good! Well priced considering they are using quality ingredients and delicious! Will be back next time I visit. Great find in this town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great selection , priced right. Portion was very generous.
I had the sourdough topped with cream cheese , strawberries and blueberries and a refreshing tropical drink . Highly recommended.

Service is super slow . Waited over 15 min for two coffees. Also the coffee could be better quality. And when I’m sitting in the cafe I don’t want a coffee in a plastic cup . It could be elevated just with a few changes .
