The quality of the food is astounding. Excellent, hot, and flavorful. Good value. This place is a contender for best in Alberta, and I’ve tried lots of Indian places, the food from this place is superior for sure.

Service was so-so and there’s a whimsical (not in a good way) robot that brings your food.

Atmosphere was okay, but it was slightly cool in the dining area and the music was a bit loud and took away from the Nepalese atmosphere that is offered by the decor of the place.

Overall, excellent. I’d return, but there’s improvements to be made in atmosphere and service.

We order chicken and cauliflower 65 and they send us burnt food. Also so little quantity and quality for $26. Also they use to make it with onions and coconut sauce or whatever but it was just dry super dry.

Stop in for supper just last weekend as my wife loves Butter Chicken and the rice. First time to eat here and well I must say the customer service was very pleasant. The atmosphere was enjoyable with nice background music art to look at. The pricing of the meal was great, and the quality and quantity was also pretty good. I will share some photos of the meal we enjoyed in hopes that you might want to give this restaurant a try. As you might read another review from such person that goes by Milan Thakkar and think oh dear this can't be a good place but some people have nothing better to do than complain about places and with only four reviews I can only imagine that this persons review is 100% FAKE.

The restaurant has Indian music in the background, paintings and statues. Their vegan dishes are delicious 😋 For the entire time it feels like being back in India, savouring the unique spices, food and culture. Sometimes they talk Punjabi and how I wish to walk out and find the street turned into a market with vendors calling bargains - bags full of spices, incense burning, the brightest silk scarfs and clothing.
The food in Blue Flame honours the traditional way of cooking and serving.

The food was good, though it needed a bit more salt. However, the service was very poor. The girl at the front didn’t even greet us. Our order was served via a robot, which is fine, but no one came to check if we needed anything or how we liked the food. We had to go to the kitchen to call her. The owner needs to check with the staff to ensure better customer service.

We were on a road trip and staying in Medicine Hat for the night. We decided to try Blue Flame because of the positive reviews on here, and they did not disappoint. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Service is excellent and very friendly. I had the mango shake… excellent and paired well with the food. I tried the paneer lababdar. So good! Loved it. We also ordered the bread basket, which includes three types of naan and another kind of bread. Good value! My partner enjoyed their butter chicken. Would definitely stop back if we’re in the area again.
