We were pleasantly surprised. I have to say, we went in with low expectations as other hotels were sold out for the hockey games. The hotel rooms (we had two) were very clean and smelt fresh. Yes, they are dated, but everything worked and was in decent condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For the price, I’d absolutely stay again. The parking lot was a bit messy, but I’ll caulk this up to the snow just melting and they haven’t had a chance to clean it yet.

Parking lot is huge.Front desk was friendly but not there 24 hours they leave at 10:30 but you can use your room key to get in the front door.Older hotel so the decor is dated but we didn’t care. Room is spacious and clean with a coffee maker,fridge and microwave. I have heard the pool is closed but I didn’t ask. The TV and air conditioner are in a bad spot.There is one outlet but the cable box is plugged in so you had to choose between the air or TV,we bought a $10 extension cord to solve the problem.

Wow I'm coming here everytime I'm in the area! The amenities are fabulous the staff bright and cheery! The spa and fitness centre awesome! Don't wait another minute for this pearl in the oyster 😉

Whole place needs a renovation, lots of things to be replaced( shower head not correct style was useless(overhead rain style is not for a wall shower head) No front desk staff for the morning!!! Sign on main door to have key to get back in not even on the inside door to see when you leave the hotel!! Was locked out for 20 mins trying to get someone to let me back in, banging on door. Ridiculous.. doorbell clearly doesn’t work no hotel staff even seen this morning! Seems unsafe. Save your money and the headache.. bed was clean but very old linens, old carpet, old falling off wall paper, duct tape on windows. not a comfortable stay. Last resort stay in my opinion. Shouldn’t be paying more than $50 a night. Don’t think pools worked in ages.

To be honest, it did look a little sketchy. I have to admit, the service I received was good. The room was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and very quiet. It was close to the highway and amenities. I would consider another stay...

Stayed here for a night,Clean room clean towels.Very friendly staff! Would have been nice to have more breakfast options.However that's not a big deal to me I usually stay in a Hotel because of the place to sleep and not the food😅My Husband and i played a few rounds of Pool 🎱 aswell as ping pong,Was alot of fun!! We enjoyed our stay♡Thankyou for Your Service!

We are moving to Melfort and have to wait a few weeks for renovations to be completed in our new house. We called ahead and told the man on the phone our story, that we would be staying for a few weeks. He said he would offer us a discounted rate of $500 a week. So we made our budget for the month around this rate. We showed up to check in at 4pm and couldn't find anyone for half an hour. We pressed the call button, phoned the office, wandered around. When he eventually showed up, he told us that they never offer such discounts and demanded we pay the daily rate. We ended up cancelling and going across the road to the Carra Valla Inn, where the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The pool is closed for "maintenance", but it looks like it hasn't been open in ages. The lobby has a constant leak, and I walked past one open room that likely had a leak, because they were running dehumidifiers with the roots and windows open.
