BELLE GRANDE PISCINE,PETITE CHAMBRE AVEC TAPIS QUI SERAIT DÛ POUR ÊTRE CHANGER.CHAMBRE PAS CHER$ ET VIEILLOTTES.Bel emplacement de l'hôtel, près de tout et du pont pour les USA pour ceux qui veulent magasiner. Les chambres sont vraiment pas cher $ et ne vous attendez pas à trop pour le prix. La piscine est très grande bien entretenue,et un beau boisé derrière le motel,rend l'endroit paisible tout en étant sur le chemin principal.

This place was brutal. From start to finish. Started with a bare foot gentleman checking us in. Asking the price we paid in advance for confirmation? Already weird but whatever. Rooms fresh paint. That’s it. Literally. I had no fridge, microwave, or even a mirror or garbage in my bathroom. Killed cockroach on my last day. Bathtub has rust on it, that’s a first for me. Everything you need for entertainment outside the room but I didn’t feel safe. Cops, crackheads, dumpster diving, drug deals, the whole 9 yards. Forget about the pool, decommissioned 5 years ago…

There was so many things that needed to be repaired before I moved in that they said would be done while I lived there and they did not do anything. You can hear conversations through the walls that made it hard to sleep. Nothing on their website is actually true. Each room is filled with bugs and each room also has smells and mold in them. The bathtubs have rust and plumbing issues. They have one tenant that gets involved into everyone's life and tries to control what goes on as well there is a lots of drugs and drinking going on.

Im getting used to sleeping with the cockroaches . and having to peen and. Poop outside. At least the water is like a mountain spring water. If you sunk a million dollars into this place it would be awsome.... Dan allen. Room 26 #

Hi everyone I highly recommend to stay away from the blue water motel as the owners of this place are very rude and disgusting to deal with they love to lie about everything when it comes down to it so I stayed there for like two months and I had notting but problems with them they over charge me for the rental of the room that I stayed in and when I tried to get some of my money back argued with me about getting some of my money back and when finally got them to do so they only gave me a small portion of the money back but not in full they had plumbing issues like the toilets backing up in every room and the water pressure from the sinks and shower were very low and not the greatest I felt even dirtier after taking a shower then I did before I took a shower and when I tried to approach the owners about the plumbing issues the told me that I didn't know what I was talking about as well there was a problem with the electricity issues with the room I stayed in it kept going out and I approach the owners about that issue as well they told me that they would send a electronic in to have a look at the problem and they never did they just ignore the problems anther problem was that the rooms really smelled badly and the beds were on the floor with no frame and there was cockroachs through the hole building but the people staying there are to scared to say anything because they don't have anywhere else to stay and the owners will have the people staying there go through the windows to get in the rooms as well the owners of this business well try get the people to buy the new locks for the doors whenever they kick out previous tenants this business should be shutdown permanently for good

Charges people extra for toilet paper and basic necessities of a room, overpriced for a dirty run down dump of a motel. -10 out of 10. I'd suggest getting tested for diseases after staying here.

DON'T STAY HERE! For starters the "mantainence man" is rude and abusive to everyone staying here and looks forward to getting the next person kicked out. The owners know and do nothing about it. The room I stayed in smelled like cat pee because they didn't clean it after the last person was in it. Cockroaches in almost every room.
