I stayed here for a month while I was waiting to move into my house. The building was clean and quiet. The room had everything I needed. The location was excellent. Close to alot of amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location for a comfortable stay in Brantford. Convenient location with everything I needed within walking distance. Across from a beautiful new YMCA. Professional, courteous staff gave personalized recommendations and were easy to communicate with. Rooms were clean and well-equipped - only had to bring a suitcase! Secured entrance and safe location. I’ll definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again soon.

This GEM of a Hotel is not to be missed for a long-term, in between things stay. From Michelle the Manager to the cleaning staff, I cannot recommend this wonder of an extended stay hotel enough!!! I found this place online when I really needed a place to stay and it has been such a Haven! The building is secure, fully furnished, all utilities and internet included in the incredibly affordable rent! Michelle is asap KIND and on the spot for anything you need. Best place I have ever stayed and will be forever grateful.

Great location , close to all the shops and in the heart of downtown Brantford. Building is secured , apartment is spacious, long term stay only. You need to email the manager to reserve the apartments which a bit of a hassle. However , Michelle is great and kind manager and met me even after hours on the arrival for check in. Will stay there again for my next trip to Brantford .

I had a wonderful stay at the Bodega Inn. I stayed while studying for my law school exams, and it was just the perfect environment to do that. I had a 1 bedroom suite. It was spacious, with a full kitchen and tons of natural light. Walking distance to all amenities, including cuisine from all over the world. Would definitely recommend!

We lived there for over a year, my review is very mixed since I had a great time inside the apartment I rented with my husband, I have fond memories as a couple, but some of the suff was rude. I'm from another country and I was very uncomfortable with the manager Wendy and felt she would always pretended she couldn't understand my accent or would talk down on me (wouldn't say hello back, or just ignored me all together). It was very uncomfortable and felt so unwelcomed and it actually made me feel very discriminated, the psychological damage I suffer gave me extreme anxiety to the point I asked my husband for him to be the point of contact with Wendy ( so i didn't have to talk to her anymore) since he is Canadian and back home I have never been treated so poorly and I'm not used to talk to people that are like that. The apartments are small but comfortable, they have everything that you need to stay for a month or longer which is what we ended up doing. There are a some people around the area that can be a problem (someone smashed the windows of our truck once) but you have everything right there from restaurants, supermarkets, events, etc.

We stayed at the Bodga for a few months this winter/spring 2015. It is a great monthly rental that is fully furnished with all included at a very good price. The place is right downtown with walking access to everything and parking available nearby. You can even get underground parking at the public space just a short walk away at a good monthly price. The team at the Bodega is quite simply....amazing. Edith, the owner operator makes organization, cleanliness and top notch service a must. Tina, the Executive Manager is full of life, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and ready to solve any problem you might have. Jackie and Tom in charge of caretaking for the Bodega are friendly, fast and they really seem to enjoy taking care of their clients cleaning and maintenance needs. The place was just a Godsend for us. There is a great coffee shop Coffee Culture downstairs Lisa and her husband kept us well fed with their great specials....we got very spoiled and ended up having most of our meals there because it was so handy right in the same building and facing a wonderful square with a great terrace for outside seating. What a great time we had and it is perfect for snowbirds who don't want to worry about anything but enjoying life. Thanks Bodega.

Excellent central location. Harmony Square next to the east side of the building. Sanderson Theatre across the street. GO Transit and Bus Terminal across the street and through the alley. In the opposite direction, and east a little is the library. A little bit further and through the car park is the Farmers Market, open all year, every Friday and Saturday. A little further west, I could walk to Mash Paddle brewery and Huzul meats.
The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. Laundry was conviently located in the lobby.
Was a great wintering home, whilst my motorcycle was in storage.
When the hot water tank in my unit started leaking, it was quickly and efficiently replaced.
You will see street people, now and again. They never cause a problem, aside from some will leave litter.
Finally, everybody has been super nice, at the building. Especially the staff and owner.
