I sought care from a nurse practitioner since I don’t have a primary doctor. I expected a better experience than what public healthcare offers, but during my second visit, I was seen by an assistant who provided conflicting advice compared to what the nurse practitioner had given me. I left feeling more confused and helpless than when I arrived, with no clear answers and a sense that the focus was more on extracting more money from me than on my care.

It's taken me a while to process my experience and what occurred before I decided to leave a review.

Receptionist/front desk would not let me speak. She kept cutting me off.
Myself, as someone who deals with the public on a daily basis you have to not only be personable but be able to speak with different types of personalities/people with language barriers/and people who can't quite articulate or explain their thoughts and feelings all without losing your cool/being rude/and without escalating emotions.
The receptionist I dealt with was was not the best.

Without getting into too much detail the nurse had lied to me.

Paying for private healthcare you expect better service. Not this type of experience.

In March, I ended up experiencing a very serious and rapid decline in health. I was unable to access my GP for four months. The difference the Body Quest staff and NP Shelly made for me with timely, attentive, and quality healthcare cannot be overstated. Five stars!!! I recommended this location to anyone who is struggling to access primary care right now.

I have been here on 3 occasions to date to see the Nurse Practitioner and cannot say enough good things about my experiences. Front Staff very friendly and helpful and Shelley , the NP I see, is very competent, helpful and professional.

I have been coming here for a few years now, but they recently have a massive turn-over of staffs, and hired new staffs. (worst idea in my opinion). the new staff that worked on my back had less than a year experience, I went there to get a shoulder massage but left the place with back pain and shoulder pain. the massage used to be very relaxing but this session was not. (got me wheezing from my lungs), I had to use hot water bottle for 12 days to aid in the pain. and the session was just 45 minutes long, unlike the usual 60 minutes. I really hope they can hire someone with more experience or just get some of their old staffs back. at the moment I would not recommend.

I went for the first time and had a great experience. Front staff are friendly and the nurse practitioner I saw, Neil, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely go again.

As I was booking an appointment by phone, I was assured that my insurance would cover a percentage of the expenses so much so that I even gave my information and they confirmed it. However, after my session was over they reception said that I was not covered and I have to pay the entire fee myself. I would suggest before visiting the physiotherapist or the chiropractor double-check that your insurance covers your fees and make sure to do that in-person.

I attempted to book a physiotherapy appointment through my insurance provider. The provider emailed me, stating that the physiotherapist was sent my request and she will respond to me either by phn or email to confirm my requested date & time. I waited several days, and didn't receive a response. So I phoned Body Quest, nobody answered, I left a voicemail msg, with my name, number and details about how I went through my insurance provider to book an appointment. Well, 3 weeks later, no one ever did return my call. I have a serious injury that requires physio asap. I guess they didn't want my money. I took my business elsewhere. I'm disgusted with this company and their so-called "customer service"!!
