Ingrid’s spa is absolutely lovely and tranquil. I had the summer solstice pedicure (beyond amazing) and the head massage which was so soothing and relaxing!
Ingrid’s Ayurvedic knowledge and experience is incredible. This is the only spa I will go to now. I love the menu of services and that you are there by yourself. It’s quiet and offers you self-care like no other spa. Thank you Ingrid! ❤️

I have had several treatments from Ingrid at Bohemia Soul Spa, and I’ve been impressed each time. A caring and soothing environment awaits you. Ingrid is patient and knowledgable and is very intuitive about how to help. I loved the shirodhara ritual, pedicure, and udvathara treatments ; they were all so very helpful. I struggle with chronic muscular and nerve pain and I feel I’ve found some great strategies for healing here!
