Charged $100 told me they did not accept credit cards. My Mercedes was left alone. They allowed me to look at the place first and I took it. Old and faded inside the shower also. There was a phone number on the wall I did not notice when I checked it out. Junkie debris in the morning in the driveway. Someone yelling you could hear right through the door. Locking gate deters wandering street ppl. Yes it’s on a transit route and the place in the past made the local media for crimes. I had room 21. As far as I know the cheapest room rate in Surrey. Less gang crap than the more expensive Marriott on 104 Ave or the Holiday Inn Suites near that. At both those places a few staff mentioned they were HA or made pro crime talk. Nothing like this at this place. Also the Bonanza had no litter the Holiday Inn Suites had so much litter I sent pics of it to them there was also some gang girl smoking a cigarette in the parking lot going HA this and HA that.

a very clean place as it’s newly renovated. and budget friendly to book for a family with kids. Great access to public transit i.e. buses as well as sky train stations. Would definitely come back and highly recommend for others too.
