There is no caretaker on site. There is no stove, just microwave and kettle. I emailed them about doing laundry and there was no response. Beautiful rooms though. My ground floor room has the window on Bond Street and the curtains had to be on at all times for security, and blocking noise and heat.

My room had a queen size bed, second floor, deadly quiet, spectacular views.Fee wifi. Free off-street parking and was within a 10 minute walk of everything downtown. Full bath with shower. Flat screen TV? Big opening windows with both blinds and drapes and a spacious kitchen for guest use. My room was quit clean. There were only two other but I didn't see them. Of all the places I stayed in St. John's in this trip? I am back in November for two weeks and this will be my spot.

I booked for June 21 a week in advance and decided to change my plans. They don't answer their phone, there is no email that they provide. Once they get your money there is no way to cancel. Worst run place in town. Stay away from this place and all their connected places including Abba Boutique. I will be posting complaints wherever I can. Sick of being ripped off by places. Customer service is out the window.

Very quiet. Well appointed. Use of kitchen facilities. My room had free wifi; cable tv; full washroom; super bed; large armoire for clothes. Very fresh. Very clean. It was on the second floor. Free parking directly in front of the entry. No caretaker on site but I was told he was only 50 feet away if needed.||||This pricing was beyond reasonable. A hostel in a thrid world country would have cost more.||||In terms of value for money?

Rented a room. We had a drug addict renting a room in the back. Another 1 was next to us. Our bathroom was full of mouse droppings. The manager refused to answer his phone and the 2 addicts stole a tv and a camera from the common room. The owner called the police and when we got back from shopping we were asked to leave by the police. No refund or apology. Bad place to stay.

I had been at a nearby Guest House which was simply great but all I really wanted was a clean room; tv; wifi; and bathroom as I travel on my own coin. This place was unbelievable for value. My room was on the back which had panoramic views of the downtown

This "hotel" is well located to visit St. John's attractions and does provide kitchen facilities. However the premises are filthy, replete with dust bunnies, cigarette burns and disgusting stains, and the furnishings look like they came from garage sale. There is no reception and no staff that we could find. You can do way better for the price.

very awful hotel. said the parking is free, but put a ticket on my car with a charge for parking in front of the hotel. even the sinks were clogged, when you wash your hands the water floats
