My mother-in-law and I had a very relaxing experience getting a regular mani and pedi. The ghibli music set the tone for a chill atmosphere. The gentleman who did mine took his time and was gentle with my sensitive feet. My hands were also in pretty rough shape beforehand and they turned out fantastic. The hand and leg massages were also well appreciated. The younger gentlemen who did my mother-in-laws was also good but perhaps not as detailed as mine. Thank you for staying after hours and treating us on a Tuesday evening.

i got my nails done here a while back, the experience in itself was super uncomfortable. the guy didn’t say a word the whole time and made me feel uncomfortable even saying what i wanted done to MY nails. some time goes by and they grew out, i was waiting till pay day to get them redone somewhere else and they started lifting super bad. i had two break off, the one hurt so bad and caused so much damage to my actual nail, it bled for so long after it snapped. my left index finger felt like it was on fire the past two days. fast forward to me getting my nails done today, i had a family friend do them and she told me they filed them so badly and caused ring of fire which is why my one finger felt like it was literally on fire. she asked me where i went and told me to never go back because of how bad of a job they did on my nails. PLEASE save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

Removal was painful, and she doesn’t know how to shape, even when I gave her a very clear and basic reference. The nails are so ugly I will be getting them removed the next day.

I will be fair tho, one of the girls there is very sweet and does a good job. And they’re fine for pedicures.

Such a bad experience! First time coming here for my nails and honestly the customer services sucks! The guy who did my nails was not even talking and he was so rude. I tried to explain what I wanted but his face expressions were rude. He didn’t even acknowledge anything I said. The nails o got from this salon sucks! My both hand nails have different shapes and sizes. They don’t match with each other. At the back ends of my nails there is no glue. It’s like my nails are gonna just fall! My nail is at the verge of falling! $50+ went to waste!
Honestly the worst salon in edmonton! If I could give 0 stars, I would have given that.
And I literally thought 10 times before posting this review. Worst experience of my life so far!!

And I forgot to mention the worst thing! The guy was putting the fake extensions on my nails and one of the nail he pasted completely wrong. He didn’t say anything and started pulling it. How crazy is that. I started saying that it’s paining. He didn’t utter a word. He didn’t said sorry of something. I swear he was just silent ! He couldn’t pull the nail extension so he started using the machine. I was in such a pain but he didn’t said anything. It hurted a lot. I won’t forget that.

Absolute worst nail experience I have ever had!

I’ve been going quite often for a while, but I’ve had different nail tech. Mia (The owner) is usually sleeping on the couch. It was really busy so she had to get up and do my nails that day, which was super unfortunate for me.

These photos show her finished work, which she was very impressed with (2 hour job). Even though I had to ask her multiple times to shave down a huge noticeable bumpS, she was upset by this where she ended up getting extremely upset with me and a little aggressive.

She forcefully tossed back my phone when I showed her a photo and started aggressively, tossing my nails back to go into the light.

They ended up not having the colour that I chose so I had to re choose a colour and she kept saying probably 10 times in one minutes” “ no rush let me know when you’re ready” . As she was hovering over me didn’t offer any other suggestions instead, she passed me off to another nail tech (which she was extremely rude to also) The nail tech that I had been tossed off to offered suggestions of a color, which was really nice.
Mia (The owner ) returned to the couch at the very front to snooze where I think she should stay because her nail and customer service skills are atrocious.

Spare yourself and go to any of the other nail salons around them.

This morning i went to bonjour nails to get my pedicure and shellac done but they did a s*** firstly i asked for ombre and they don’t know how to do that and they wasted my 4 hours for that and then they got me simple shellac not with any finishing or anything. They were not polite or apologizing for their mistake. Secondly, the lady at the front desk was so so rude, she don’t know how to talk to their customers. I don’t ever recommend to visit this place.

I just went to Bonjour Nails for the first time today and had such a great experience! Long story short, I booked an appointment with a new girl this morning to get my nails done. She does nails out of her home and seemed to know what she was doing. I ended up with completely botched nails unfortunately and still paid 50$. I ended up just googling a nail place close by and Bonjour Nails came up so I thought I'd give them a try and see if they could fix the damage. They beyond fixed my nails, I left with what I originally desired and not to mention, the ladies there were so friendly and willing to help me out! Shivungi was the one who worked on my nails and shes very talented, I highly recommend 🙂 Also, the other ladies, I'm assuming maybe the business owner was also working on my nails to fix the problem! I felt like a princess 👸 Also, not to mention the salon itself is very pleasing to the eye. It's kept nice and clean and just flows well! I will definitely be coming back!

Worst experience i have ever had at any nails salon,
They finished my pedicure in no more than 10 mins, didn’t clean my nails and my feet, these huys rushes through everything. My thumb started to bleed as well.
Will never come back here again.
She didn’t apply base coat,
Also asked them to do pedicure for my daughter, they didn’t even cut her nails and file it, started applying nail paint, I asked them to cut nails and then they did.
Worst place to get your nails done.
