"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The manager/frontdesk guy was incredibly friendly and helpful and handsome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I can't wait to return for another stay at this wonderful hotel!"

Room Was dirty was not Cleaned properly.
Still dirt on the bathroom on the counters floor
Bedding had yellow stains on sheets. Pillows yellow. Stove burner covered in Greece oven didn't work pots in the bottom of the stove were all dirty. Microwave was dirty fridge was dirty.
Ac barley worked.
Towels stained.
No one cleans your room.
Have to ask for sheets.
Hall ways not very clean.
Take your own garbage out put in hallway
Was not good there one of the worst places i have ever stayed....

My review and other customer, " TRUE" reviews ,keep getting deleted! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!!! It is infested with bed bugs. Warning!! WARNING!! ACHTUNG!!! BED BUG INFESTATION!!!! I keep trying to warn people but the ad keeps getting deleted..rooms 204 and 215 were rented by family..we were all bitten multiple times and did not sleep STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! RuN. I will continue to warn people,,you filthy crooks.my car was broken into .druggies everywhere.yuck..destroy that bug infested hotel.

I think my review got hack by someone . So yes I'm going back in personally and apologize to they managers.
They were very helpful last time I was there, and was disappointed that couldn't stay there other night.
Rooms have been done over. Our had a large fridge. Nice to have really glases instead of old plastic small cups that higher price hotels give you.
Very quiet building located in center of town close to getting coffee 7 11 or alcohol .

Affordable prices.
You have to book early but managers are on site.

Manager is very friendly and works very hard everyday to ensure everything is clean and you have everything you
need. We stayed in a room with kitchenette and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed a few extra nights and and could not have been happier. Up there with some of the best! The building is older but it is well maintained and efficiently run. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a stressfull drive in and were pretty grumpy checking in. The staff turned our moods right around. Super nice guy! Even gave us a complimentary night! Fantastic experience! Rooms are very clean and beds are are super comfy.

My son, 2 granddaughters and I spent 3 nights here on Oct 13-15th. We were very pleased with all the extra help the staff member gave us. I will definitely stay at the Bonnyville hotel next trip.
