I'm reluctant to share about this awesome cafe in case it impacts my ability to secure a seat on my next visit! But truth be told, with so many seating options I really shouldn't worry. My favorite spot after checking out all the nooks, crannies & hallways, was the patio by the parking lot. It was a perfect escape for enjoying a sunny day with big, broad umbrellas & a border of wildflowers & hedges to give that old-English cottage vibe.
My coffee frappe was delicious and my straw didn't disintegrate before I finished my drink (IYKYN). The only disappointment was the lemon bar I chose - once unwrapped, it appeared to have been sliced with the same knife used to cut something with chocolate icing. I didn't like the base or topping either, but the sample of loaf my friend shared was good (the standard baked goods you can find in many other cafes). Apparently their soup was popular as it sold out just before I arrived.
Parking is free, but limited and due to the entrance proximity to the i tersection, easier to access if you're heading west.

My wife and I live 4,311 kms from this cafe bistro. But we have an amazing family that lives in the area. So when in town we ALWAYS stop in for their great coffee, amazing food and baked goods with a staff that make the whole experience great. If you have the chance, do yourself a favour and stop in and try this local shop. It’s amazing.

This place is a hidden gem!!🤩 Several free parking spots are available in front of the cafe. Great coffee and grilled cheese sandwich was the best!!👍

Amazing experience at this coffee shop. The iced coffee and London fog were great and so were the pastries. Will def be back and the staff was friendly too

Today, I visited my second coffee shop of the day. The interior was a bit too cold as they had the air conditioning on very high, which is a downside because I felt chilly inside. Despite that, their food and coffee were quite good. The ambiance is charming and very pleasant, creating a sweet and inviting atmosphere. It’s definitely a place you can visit, but be sure to bring something warm to wear because it can get a bit cold inside

Old heritage house with great atmosphere and amazing coffee. The cafe is spacious and it’s filled with art pieces. We got a breakfast sandwich and a scone and they were both very delicious. We will be back!

주택가에 갑자기 나타나는 멋진카페에요! 집을 개조해서 만들어 좀더 특별한 분위기를 즐길 수 있어요 샌드위치는 적당한편이고 커피도 괜찮아요! 주차공간이 협소하고 실내보단 테라스 자리에서 맑은 날씨를 즐기기가 좋았습니다. 아름답고 특색있는 카페입니다

Very nice quiet place in Cloverdale. Friends and I come several times a week and it is one of our favourites. This beautiful heritage home has been converted into a cozy cafe with delicious food. It has a small sunny garden area and a shaded front porch complete with a large old heritage tree for shade. The staff is great and bend over backwards to serve our group quickly and even brought chairs outside for us so we could all sit. There is a variety of indoor seating to suit groups, will be back soon 😊
