Owner Rye and his wife own and operate their bakery in Midland. Net time you are out exploring, Rye will take his time with you explaining all his fresh ingredients that go into each product, if you wish. From butter tarts, date squares, fruit pies, veggie & meat pies & specialty cakes made to order. Not to mention his fresh baked bread. Get there early for the best selection.
You can also catch them at the Midland Market on Sunday mornings.

Fantastic experience and a lovely Black Forest Cake for a birthday celebration. Made with a delicious chocolate cake, real whipping cream with the cherry filling! We ordered in advance and the team was able to fulfill all of our questions regarding this order. Thanks again Boulangers Bakery.

This is what I got on a weeks notice with a golf theme requested. They said they’d call if they couldn’t do the request. They didn’t. Unacceptable. Told me ready by 230 when they called me…it was not. Will never support this business, live and learn.

Charlene at Midland City Bakers did a cake and cupcakes for my daughter's Bridal shower and they were absolutely amazing. I sent her a picture of what I was looking for and what she created far surpassed my expectations! They were a big hit with young and old alike!

We just custom ordered dairy free strawberry cupcakes for a birthday today. The baker used fresh strawberries and cream cheese icing. Best dairy free cupcakes ever, we are blown away. Absolutely recommend.
