I booked twice with breeze wellness loft made appointments for hot stone 90 min massage and with the one I made a couple weeks ago and within the week, my first appointment I had booked for today couple weeks ago that I booked by a text message not a politely calling me that Breanah had to cancel and then I booked in with Erika for the same day, on Thursday, I was disappointed with Breanah for cancelling on me so I gave it another chance with Erika and I she gave me another text without a phone call about a illness within the family I get it that that can’t be helped but by text message to notify me, I felt it very unprofessional on there part and it was a disappointment as first time client, they would be likely if I give them even another chance.

Bre has helped ease my back and neck tension more times then I can count! She does the perfect mix of deep tissue and therapeutic. She has created such a relaxing atmosphere at the loft, I always leave feeling refreshed! With two busy toddlers at home, visiting the loft is like the perfect mini getaway! 😂 Seriously! Thanks Bre!
