I love Brio Salon! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond. And such great prices for the service they deliver. I also want to shoutout my stylist Jayme - she always takes the time to hear my hair vision and bring it to life! She also patiently took the time to show me how to curl and style my new hair. She's great!

Booked full highlights and nails. Was told that a balayage would be better and I listened to my stylist Bri. I have been wanting copper/caramel highlights, wanting my hair to be warmer (shown in reference photo I also gave to my stylist) and I included the photo of what I actually recieved, very ashy blonde. I told my Bri and the receptionist I did not like my hair, and it did not look like the reference at all. I couldnt believe that she didnt try to fix it when I said I didnt like it and told me instead that “it’ll look more caramel when curled”. I was still charged 250 for the service and had to miss my nail appt due to how long this process took. Please excuse how I look in the photo I had been crying due to frustration.

Update: I am very impressed with the speed and care that Brio offered after this post. I was able to book in the next day to fix my hair and Shawnice did an amazing job making sure I walked out of the salon feeling my best. Still not exactly the hair service I came in for but I am very happy with how it turned out none the less!
