Great staff, patient, tells it like it is - no BS, brought my sons rod in the other day, they fixed on the spot and he was able to head back out fishing. Will be shopping here much more frequently.

Would strongly reconsider any transactions with these people ! Made plan to pick up item night before only to drive 45 min one to pick up item Only to find out once getting there that item was not there n was told at 11am to come back at 3pm This was not really cool as drove there as discussed night before when we talk and was told item would be there at 9am for pick up Guess they had to bring from home or something. Did end up resolving issue about 1pm after figuring out item was there the whole time but was a lack of communication on there end. Unfortunately I was not the person whom went to pick up I asked my 70 mother if she could pick up So I asked if they could lower the price of the $100 item to $80 to compensate my mom for her wasted time and was rudely barked at NO!!! I understand things happen n was ok with the misunderstanding on there part I guess there employee was not aware of pick up but thought it would be nice to give mom $20 for her wasted time I guess Bronson n Bronson did not see it like that as they told us to beat it in a round about way n if I did not like it to return item Well that would really not make sense after all the time invested in pick up. Everyone makes mistakes BUT We must also OWE EM !!!

Just got my firearms license about a year ago, but took some time for it to come in.
In that time I had my mind focused on a certain rifle. I went in a couple times and Brian was always in, and always took the time to answer questions and explain things to me, talk and compared other riffles and I was interested in, along with scopes.
Today him and the rest of the guys took the time and set me up, set the scope on. I really appreciate the time they all took.

Don't order online from them. Ordered tenpoint 20" bolts and recieved 16" bolts. Call them up and o sorry we don't have the right ones. Send them back to get a refund. Season is very short and now I am out 3 weeks to get them, send them back and get a refund. Not very good service.

Took 1 week for return, and return was short 28.29$. Had to call them to get the actual amount back.

For a company to make this many mistakes and still not try to make it right in any manner means they only care about the sale not the service.

I recently went in and purchased a pocket knife. It was a gorgeous knife and a little more expensive than what I would normally spend on that type of thing. I got home and after practicing opening it and closing it a bunch, I learned that the knife could be a bit of a struggle at times to open. Nothing was wrong with it just didn’t work well with my hands. I brought it back not sure they would exchange it or not and they processed the exchange quickly and without hesitation. They helped me get an even nicer knife that will make me much happier for years to come. It was a pretty straight forward and easy transaction but shocking that more stores are becoming a hassle to get this kind of service. I will make sure to go there again any time I think they may be able to help me with what I am looking for as I can buy with confidence that they won’t hassle me if something needs to be corrected with the purchase

Three different times now I’ve walked into this store to inquire about things and look at the gear. All three times I’ve been met by men too busy to look up or greet me. Men with short rude attitudes unwilling to help. I asked about pistol magazines and was cut off by the words “it’s just not worth it for us”.
After the third poor experience I commented that I doubt I’ll be back I was told. “Good”

I do not recommend this store.
