Had a great experience at Browns South Surrey! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the location is super convenient. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made the visit enjoyable. The food was great overall, but I did notice a couple of changes to dishes without any notice, and the soup was completely different from what I expected. Portions are also a bit smaller than before. That said, the patio is a fantastic spot to relax, and the service really stood out. Would definitely come back!

Nice location with a fairly large patio. Which has a dog friendly section, as long as, on lease and behaved. Food is consistent and their key lime pie is a go-to of mine

Last night, we went to our favorite restaurant for dinner. We typically visit this place twice a week and have been going there for the last five years without any issues. However, our experience last night was less than satisfactory.

The waiter with short, curly hair was not pleasant when she forgot to bring my husband his beer after he ordered another. She brought him for two beers but ended up charging us for three. When we pointed out the mistake, she insisted, "No, I brought 3 three beers." I then suggested she check the security camera, which made her quiet.

In the end, we paid for three beers, along with a 20% tip. If we encounter her again, we don't want want her to serve us.

I wanted to commend Shane, one of your bartenders, for their excellent recommendations during my recent visit. I asked for a gin-based cocktail, and they suggested the Cucumber Socialite, which was truly outstanding. The Yam and Avocado Roll was also delicious. I will certainly be returning and hope to find Shane on shift again.

Terrible service. Food was all cold by the time it got to us. Waitress completely forgot about us. Waiting for her to come back and ask if we want water or something for our cold fries. Way to ruin Mother’s Day. Food was great. That is why I’m giving one star. Go for the food. Maybe just do pick up.

I’ve tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt over the last few years. But never coming back here again.

First off, $17 for the dynamite roll. Unbelievable, rice was old and sticky, a single piece of green onion, and then a deep fried pre made frozen piece of shrimp tempura. What a joke, I’ve genuinely have had gas station sushi far better.

They had to take our order twice as they messed up the first time. Never checked in on our meal once served.

There was a hair in my French fries, drink was 75% ice. Please do yourself a favour and go to Earls across the street instead. Once we were done the bill took 32 minutes to come.

Poorly done. I hope the manager reads this and does a full revaluation of this establishment. I rarely leave poor reviews and I hate to do so, but the constant disappointment of this place leave me no choice. Take this as constructive criticism.

The service here is complete trash, which is perplexing because they seem to have enough staff and not very many customers. I took my family here a few weeks ago and, after getting seated, they ignored us for 15-20 mins before finally the manager noticed. Tonight they seated my friend and I, and took our order for a couple drinks and nachos, brought the drinks promptly, but the nachos never arrived. We had to complain to the same manager after waiting 30-40 mins, and then we were told that the order had never been placed. The manager is a nice person, both times she apologized and gave us a free round, but then when we were done eating we sat for 30 mins until we finally flagged down a server and asked for our bill. Get your crap together if you want to stay open…at the very least you have the opportunity to get a bunch of business from the people who can’t get a table at one of the decent restaurants nearby, but in order to do that you need to serve decent food and drinks in a timely manner. Never again!

We ordered some margaritas and they were amazing! (Highly recommend the raspberry).... the gyoza and parm fries are great for appies.

For dinner, we had Butchers block burger and Dragon bowl. The rice in the dragon bowl was too mushy and pasty though .....

We also waited a bit too long (20 mins) for our bill to come but its okay, we understand they're busy....
