I enjoyed my experience here. Requested to sit somewhere quiet as I'm dining alone. I was seated in a quiet corner in a booth. Away from people, which worked really well for me. Food was awesome too! Had the French fries and tuna poke bowl. I would like to try other items maybe next time. The server and greeter were friendly.

We came on Saturday of the long-term weekend to celebrate 3 things, my girlfriend's birthday, my graduation from college, and my engagement. The waitress, whose name I can't remember, that helped us on the patio was fabulous. Very friendly and excited for our celebration. When the bill came they paid for the first round of drinks to celebrate with us.

My son and I come to Browns every so often and usually enjoy it, but our most recent visit was a bit of a mixed bag.

Our server was absolutely lovely — warm, attentive, and professional — and she really was the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the kitchen missed the mark this time.

We ordered the calamari to start, and it was overloaded with jalapeños and so salty it was inedible. We had to send it back, which we rarely do. When we let the manager know, he simply took it back to the kitchen without much follow-up, which felt a little brushed off.

Both of us ordered steaks medium rare. Mine came out fine, but my son’s was well done — twice. They remade it once, but the second one still came out overcooked. On top of that, the fries were overly greasy and unappetizing, so I left most of them untouched.

We could also hear multiple dishes being dropped and broken in the kitchen throughout our meal, which didn’t help the impression of a smooth or organized operation.

We’ve had better experiences here, so this was disappointing. I hope the kitchen tightens things up, because we’d like to keep coming back — but consistency matters.

Isabelle was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and suggested some dishes that hit. She remembered little details and checked in just enough so we never felt rushed. She made our evening feel special. If she’s your server you’re in for a great time!

Great food and drinks, service was fairly quick, although it was a little busy so slower than usual. The patio can get quite loud with the highway right beside, and they had the heaters on max, which was a little uncomfortable, although after they turned them down, it was alright.

It's pretty pathetic that they can't give enough food for you to feel full. Prices are high for the amount of food you're getting. Barely any rice in my rice bowl.

Had a great meal at Browns today! Food was delicious and our server was fantastic, super attentive and friendly. However, it was disappointing to see three managers sitting at a table on their laptops during the rush. One looked like they were dozing off, while another seemed to be online shopping. It definitely took away from the otherwise great atmosphere and strong service from the front of house team

Ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo. The chicken breast was microscopic. It’s laughable what they served up for a 26$ plate of pasta, everyone at my table laughed when it came out. Medium sized would have been acceptable but this was tiny! Unfortunately the waitress (who was nice) got my husbands lunch order wrong, so she ordered us a new one, and we only got it as we were leaving (they did comp us the meal) which is why my service rating is good. Also, sorry to say, they played the same annoying song 3 times when we were there for only an hour. It was just a kinda crappy experience. Browns - people won’t come back if you serve ridiculously small protein servings, cop on!
