Great experience in Browns for the first time! We went there for a lunch and we loved the food and the service! I can tell the foods were made from fresh and high quality ingredients! I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stopped by Brown's before heading for live music. It was my second visit recently, and I really noticed how much the service has improved. We were served by Cindy, who was warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. She even circled the QR code on the receipt and left a handwritten message, "Thank you, Have a great night!" - a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel personal. Look forward to enjoying more meals here, especially once the patio is done. Keep up the great work!

Came in on Sunday with friends to do a little bit of celebration, unfortunately the services was not what it used to be. Food was consistent no issue there. But our server after delivering the food, never returned, we finished our drinks they sat empty servicer passed us as multiple times as if we didn’t exist. When he finally came around to ask, if we were wanting new drinks, it was too late and we probably asked for our bill. I will not be returning for some time to this location. PS the tip reflected the poor quality of service.

We hadn’t visited Browns in a while, we our stooped at the Port Moody location reminded us just how fabulous it is! The atmosphere was electric, with great music and an awesome staff. But the real showstopper? Their happy hour specials are to die for! We’ll be back sooner rather than later.

Great meal with my friend here couple days ago . Was busy and baseball was on .

Service was great and food came out quickly . I had 1/2 portion of blackened chicken with fettuccine 😋 and my friend had vegetarian addition of the butter chicken which was tofu and cauliflower in the sauce with Nan bread ..

Patio was a nice addition however, we stayed inside the AC as it was hot 🔥 🥵

Definitely recommend fir socializing and having great foods and drinks 👌

Repeat customer; Went 4 dinner on Wednesday July 16/2025 @ 6:45pm with a date as usual but this time our order took longer than usual & when it arrived that our waitress had completely forgotten all about our appetizers(1 x Hot Wings & 1 x Dry Ribs) but instead they brought out our steak dinners🥵
Ofcourse I kept my cool but after taking a bite & trying to control my cool & waited 4 our waitress, when she finally arrived & I flagged her down & asked to why our appetizers wasn’t there already as expected!!

She than apologized & tried to take our appetizer order once again😹till I clearly interrupted her and refused as it was already too late since they already had our main course out❗️

•How ever one L👀ks @ this that it’s wrong 😑as she should had listened to our order well! Cause while I was ordering earlier on, that she was writing our order down, So how could she had not heard me❗️

Usually with any other waitress there, after everyone has ordered that they repeat the order just incase they missed something; But with this particular girl that she never repeated our order❗️

As I said as this wasn’t our first rodeo @ Browns Social House restaurant in Newport Village in Port Moody & we have never had this experience @ this location before.

I was with a date & she really was looking forward to her “Hot Wings order” which was very disappointing that never happened😞

It’s time to give other restaurants in the neighborhood a try cause @least they won’t forget half my order & specially when I’m on a date.

In any case that I gave her 20% Tip as I would had anyhow

I was very disappointed 😔 as she should had @least repeated my order out loud before thinking that we never had ordered any appetizers❗️

After all I spent $164(including her tip of $30), so I expected to get the service for it which definitely never happened.

Food was great! Shoutout to our server, Sadie! She made our experience very pleasant, had a great recommendation for a bottle of rosé that we took her up on.
