I wanted to share my thoughts about our recent dining experience. Overall, there were some positive aspects that I enjoyed. The lemon salmon was delightful, and the handmade wild boar wonton was a pleasant surprise, even though I was initially expecting something different. I also want to commend the customer service - the staff was attentive and handled an accidental spill with grace.

However, there were a few areas of concern. The poutine was quite salty, especially with the already salty curd cheese, making it a bit hard to enjoy. The beef steak with mushroom was also on the salty and oily side. Additionally, the dining ambiance felt a bit dated with the decor and layout, which made it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the meal.

In summary, while there were enjoyable parts of the meal, there are some areas that could use improvement for a more pleasant dining experience.

Our server "CC" was amazing and so real and personable. Nothing like a server that has personality, reads the table and stays on top of things she was amazing and this is from someone who does business consulting she was great. Atmosphere was comfortable and lots of variety. Mad props to any place that is so pet friendly and supports youth aka Butterfries. Food portions were large, flavourful, beautifully plated and reasonably priced.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bukwildz, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely phenomenal. The duck burger was succulent and flavorful, the flatbread was perfectly crispy and topped with the freshest ingredients, and the truffle fries were to die for—crispy, aromatic, and addictive.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive. Our server, Venessa, was just amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Her warm personality and impeccable service truly elevated our dining experience.

Bukwildz is a gem that I can't recommend highly enough. If you're looking for delicious food and outstanding service and great location, this is the place to be!

The space is okay, this place is a little bit expensive. Our server is great, she accommodated us when we ask to switch tables. Foodwise, y’all should try the Boar Wild Wontons, it’s really good. I got steak skillet and with the tortillas, I think they are chewy. As for the drinks, not going back again. Unfortunately, ‘The American’ cocktail tastes like water and syrup with just ice. And I didn’t like the Cesar drink as well. They only have one stall for the washroom for each gender.

What a great outside, and inside the venue. Had a great chat with manager Shareen about live music, then stayed for some good eats and a cold brew. I would highly recommend the Pulled Duck Sandwich any day. The sandwich was tasty as heck, and even the bun complemented the whole meal. Great service and management! My server Chelsea was very personable and friendly. I definitely recommend a visit for this place if you are in the Sylvan Lake area!!

It is such a cozy place. We went here to attend a latin-dance party with friends. They got a fire pit going and a little dance area.

I like their steak bites but not so much with their guacamole. It was very bland.
