The facility was clean, inviting, calm. Atmosphere very zen, which is what I needed. Natalie was wonderful, and was very involved in making sure I didn't need anything. I had a couple of bloody Mary's, they were fantastic. The massage and facial were extremely relaxing & good for the soul. The thing that I was so impressed is that I was able to stay to enjoy the sauna, and thermal waters for as long as I wanted!!! So I literally spent like 7 hours from beginning to end since my husband was working, I had all the time to relax. Best experience ever!!!!

I enjoyed the spa. The front desk staff was really friendly. I had a massage and added in the thermal pools and sauna for a discounted price. The massage was nice. The pool and sauna area were also nice. There is an indoor area and an outdoor area. The indoor area has a dry Himalayan salt sauna and a hot pool. The outdoor area has a hot pool, a warm resting pool and a cold plunge pool plus a sauna as well. Lots of seating to relax, there is a propane fire outside as well. I didn't try any of the spa menu items, but they did have water and tea. The locker rooms were well equipped with anything you might need, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, mouthwash, comb etc. lockers for valuables had easy to use locks. I was already staying at the hotel so I didn't have to worry about parking. Overall a nice, clean, relaxing spa. I would visit again.

i absolutely fell in love with this place and will definitely visit again next time i’m in niagara. loved how there are 3 different tubs outside with different temps; if you get too hot or too cold you can hop around between them. also loved how you can drink in the tubs😍🥂 only complaint would be that i wish the sauna outside was hotter. plus a proper finnish sauna has a heater that lets you throw water on the rocks! but overall very cute & i will 100% be visiting again

We came for a girls day. We normally go to a spa in St. Catharine’s but saw a few post on FB for the oasis and spa. The facility was clean, calming and reasonably priced. We each booked a massage and facial. The staff were lovely. My skin feels amazing today! Best facial I have ever received. Natalie at the front desk was so kind. She guided us through the facility and even brought us our food and drinks. She continued to check on us throughout our stay without being pushy. The wine selection was perfect! We spent two hours in the oasis and 100% will come back. We enjoyed how quiet it was for the location!

Great experience especially in the snow. We had a day pass - the outdoor bottoms weren’t fully we had a pick between extreme heat, medium heat, and ice cold! The inside spa was also nice with the salt sauna. It did start to get full but there is another regular sauna outside. Overall a nice warm treat after a cold day at the falls.

We had the most wonderful experience here and it was all because of Natalie! She was warm and kind and helped us understand how to best experience the facility. She even convinced us to try the cold plunge and counted us down to 1 minute! Natalie, you are a gem! We will absolutely visit again! Remember GRACE!❤️

My absolute favourite spa! Best massage therapists hands down! Amazing facials! I love the facilities and the staff is always so friendly! It’s even prettier in the winter when it’s lightly snowing or when it gets dark and all the lights come on! Prices are good and services are impeccable!
