Although the food wasn't entirely authentic, it still tasted very good. This place had reasonable pricing, but not a lot of places to sit, which is fine for a small group but probably uncomfortable for bigger groups. The employees were also very kind, which is definitely an upbringing quality. Overall, this is the place to go if you just wanna chill and grab a bite every once in a while.

I used to enjoy Burrito Jax but it appears they are under new ownership and have compressed portions while inflating profits. Please don't waste your time going there if you're hungry...you'll leave "hangry"!

The bowls are now a smaller size bowl and the old "handfuls" you would get are now more like a "finger pinch" or "dash of" when it comes to the ingredients like you're putting ingredients in to bake a cake. All the spoons are smaller size for the salsa and the proteins are not only smaller quantity but certainly lack in quality. There is a reason why they hide the protein & portioning behind a wall you can't see through as they try and bag it up and ship you out before you notice. We looked before we left because there were so many issues trying to communicate that we wanted to make sure we received what we ordered. One bowl labelled steak had chicken & vice-versa. Asked the manager if we could just get refunded but they refused.

Trying to explain this as we were leaving, in a respectful way, led to getting frustrated and road blocks with communication so I'm hoping this review will avoid anyone else making the mistake that hasn't been there in a bit.

Omg the portions here are EXTREMELY small wtf why do I feel like I have to argue to get a decent portion…a large burrito should make you full not still hungry and wanting more food never coming back here again

I’ve been here twice and for my first time the staff were SO helpful with burrito recommendations! I was like a fish out of water, I had no idea what to get. The gentleman helped me out and made me the best burrito ever! I got the messy pork burrito! I just came back today and he was there and even remembered my order to a TEE and was so friendly again! I’m actually still in here waiting for it to cook while I write this review. I just loooovveeee this place! They’re so friendly 🙂 I’ll keep coming back! I would give the employees 10 stars if I could! LOVE BURRITO JAX AND LOVE YOUR STAFF 🙂

Was in tonight at 7pm and the employee working was such a genuinely nice guy. Which is hard to come by these days. He was so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. Honestly we had steered away from Burrito Jax in the last few years as the food had gone down hill but not tonight. We are glad we came back. You could tell he took pride in his job and was happy to be there. Good people make good food. Thanks man!

Why are your burritos so damn small? Taste is good but portions are ridiculously small compared to other places that offer the same thing won’t be back

We ate here this evening in the last hour of their service and the man working was incredibly hospitable and was very friendly and patient with my 5 year old son! This is sometimes a rare occurrence with kids and it was greatly appreciated this evening. I hope he is recognized for his efforts.

Oh my word. Excellent burritos. We need one of these in the Valley. New Minas or even Greenwood. Staff here are friendly and welcoming with a smile. Will be back! So very filling ( we are big eaters.)
