An absolutely amazing business to come to maple ridge! As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and was met with kind smiles and the whole experience I felt incredibly cared for. The team went out of their way to make sure my every question was answered and the results were amazing! I have all my appointments pre booked so that my spot it saved! So thankful for a medical spa in my area! Highly recommend everything from laser to filler to facials to the high quality products matched with high quality service. I had my first session with Joséfine for laser hair removal and I had such a great experience. It was super quick, easy and painless. She walked me through everything that she was doing and put me at ease. I highly recommend booking anything at this spa. The entire staff are wonderful. The owner is present to talk to you and is super friendly, warm and wants you to have an incredible experience. Five stars all the way!

Had my first “Lash Lift and Tint” with Ava! She is very professional and takes pride in what she does! We took before and after photos and I love how it opens my eyes and is a natural approach. My lashes were pointed down and out in clumps previously and I needed a natural boost, and separation and definition. I compete in triathlon and spend a lot of time training in the pool, running and cycling, and mascara is a hassle to use when sweating and swimming, the lift and tint makes me feel beautiful and confident during my training sessions without make up! As I age I have noticed the colour of my lashes becoming lighter, the lift and tint has given them a fullness and darker colour. I’m at 8 weeks and they still look great! Special thanks to Geeta for recommending this as a natural approach! Love the results !

You must try Charley Madison Med Spa! I had an exceptional experience with their HydraFacial Supreme treatment today! The spa boasts a serene atmosphere the moment you walk in!
The staff was not only professional but also incredibly attentive. Josefine was the aesthetician who performed my facial, and she was both informative and sweet! She answered all my questions and offered excellent skin care advice!
The HydraFacial Supreme was exactly what my dry skin needed—a luxurious blend of cleansing, exfoliation, hydration & LED light. This all left my skin feeling remarkably refreshed, glowing and so hydrated! I was pleasantly surprised that there was no redness afterward. Josefine knew exactly what my sensitive skin could handle, tailoring the treatment to meet my individual skin needs. The results were evident in the noticeable improvement in skin texture and tone!
I will definitely be back!

I went to by charley Madison for laser hair removal and it was quick and painless, joséfine took great care of me and answered any questions or concerns I had. I can’t recommend this spa enough! Very calm and relaxing environment and all staff very friendly.

Such a dreamy little gem of a med spa! The vibe is chill, the space is fresh, airy, and spotless - even the treatment rooms feel like a breath of fresh air. I’ve had lash services with both Ava and Joséfine and they LTB did a fantastic job! Looking forward to trying their other service offerings.
