I used to have a bias against Cactus Restaurants, as I had often encountered issues in the past. However, this particular branch completely changed my opinion. If I had to rate it out of 10, I’d give it an 11 — it was that good.

The restaurant is incredibly clean, well-organized, and spacious. Our server, Ms. Dezeree, was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and a truly beautiful person.

Thank you to this location for the great service and delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Visited this Cactus Club in mid-July. Anyone else miss the kitschy cow-themed decor that Cactus used to have years ago?

Had the Cheddar Bacon Burger with Yam Fries and Chicken Tenders along with a Hey Hibiscus and De Nada Limonada with condensed milk. Food was ok... just like stepping in any of the other locations.

Took my son for lunch on his birthday. Greeter and manager(?) acknowledged the event and a card was on the table. Nice touch!. Food was excellent. He had Mediterranean bowl and I had fish tacos. We had cheesecake dessert and it was the best I’ve had. Would definitely recommend.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family, and overall, it was a great experience. We ordered a mix of dishes: fillet and lobster, truffle Parmesan chicken, and two drinks—Soul Revival and Hey Hibiscus.

The fillet, which I ordered medium, came out well done, which was a bit disappointing. However, the lobster was cooked to perfection and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The truffle Parmesan chicken was also excellent—rich, flavorful, and cooked just right.

As for the drinks, both were refreshing but had an overpowering ginger flavor that masked the other ingredients, which was a bit too much for my taste.

The atmosphere was wonderful—cozy and inviting, with a nice ambiance that made for a relaxing evening. The customer service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great time.

Overall, a solid dining experience with just a couple of small tweaks needed. I would definitely return!

A fun, vibrant dinner spot with my Vancouver cousins and their kids — and it hit the mark on all fronts.

We were greeted with warm, efficient service and seated in a lively dining space featuring giant TV screens playing live sports, which added to the upbeat, casual vibe. Great for groups, especially families catching up over good food and drinks.

The dishes were not only flavorful but generously portioned, perfect for sharing. Highlights of our table included:
• Ceviche with tortilla chips – bright, citrusy, and fresh
• Beef Carpaccio – beautifully plated with garlic toast and a creamy drizzle
• Crispy appetizers and loaded salads – crunchy, bold, and satisfying

Everything came out quickly, and the table never felt crowded despite the number of plates. Perfect for a relaxed night out with family — we left happy and full.

We have gone to Cactus Club Cafe numerous times and the food is always great, we have always enjoyed every dining experience there. Recently on or last visit though the only complaint I have was with the server and eventually server(s) and a manager. My wife had received a $100 gift cert for Cactus Club which we decided to use that evening, however when the bill came and I presented the gift card the sever had a lot of difficulty making the adjustment to our bill. She took several attempts at programming the numbers into the machine before handing it to me which I then proceeded to use my credit card to pay the balance and of course I tipped on the Total amount.. The server then looked surprised and said oh no you payed the total and I still have to input the gift certificate, Which confused me as I thought she had already done that.. anyway to make a long story short it took 10 more minutes waiting while another server and a manager attempted to reverse the charges and then re-charge me the correct amount after inputting the gift card. She then told me to keep an eye on my statement just in case I was charged twice. Using a gift card should not be this complicated or time consuming and honestly it was somewhat embarrassing having to sit there with the staff members at our table trying to figure it out.

The food was top quality , fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, even during Happy Hour. Great value for the price! The vibe was fun and relaxed, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of the best spots for a casual yet elevated dining experience.

My family and I frequent this location alot. The service is always great, no matter who has served us they've been super attentive, made conversations, and kept the table clean. the food is absolutely delish, and just an overall great/versatile place to eat and hang for any occasion.
