This place has an ideal spot, right in the heart of Parkhill. So, while waiting for our turn at the Service Ontario and Service Canada, hubby and I had a wonderful conversation in this beautiful little corner cafe. Server engaged us in small talk while chatting with other diners. Atmosphere was great, mostly friendly elderly couples were around. We enjoyed our meal together! Check it out!

A wonderful weekend road trip find! Welcoming casual dining atmosphere with a varied menu. I happily worked my way through a fresh Caesar salad with real bacon and a warm fresh bread stick on the side, ice tea, and a few shared shoestring fries!

Cute little diner style restaurant in parkhill. Very small and not many tables. Looks like they only do breakfast and lunch, and they close at 3 pm.
We had the eggs bene and poutine.
Food was decent, hollandaise was bland and had no taste, and there weren't many home fries, but the eggs were cooked properly and they use real back bacon.
The poutine was decent, they don't use real curds, but the fries were good and the gravy was good. Also the eggs bene was served with French fries, not home fries which was a little wierd.
Portions were a little small for the price charged, so value wasn't the best.
Overall decent experience. Might be back, but might not, as the prices compared to portion size and quality was so so.

Absolutely wonderful place! Was camping near by and decided to give a restaurant in town a try! Couldn't have made a better decision! Lovely atmosphere, great service and the food was some kinda delicious!! Got the breakfast poutine and it was huge! Eggs were perfect bacon and sausage were delicious in it, hollandaise with cheese was great and it was all on top of some of the best home fries I've ever tasted! Next time I'm in the area I'm going out of my way to come back! I want to try everything here!!

We met friends there for Breakfast. Very different from what I expected. I thought it would be more like a pub. I was pleasantly surprised ! Service was friendly...my friend was not happy with the bacon...she had some pretty chunky pieces. I think she prefers crispy bacon. My dog loved it though! ☺️
Hash browns were ok...I prefer pan fried though. We were not rushed...we were able to have a very pleasant visit with our friends...as we had not seen them recently. I loved the vines woven around the room at the ceiling! Christmas decor was very nice!

Great stop in for breakfast on the way to an event nearby. Our server was delightful as was the food. Well priced and excellently prepared food in a great setting for a good price. Would recommend and would return.

Our service was excellent. Our food was not. We were in on friday the 21st. We had the special cheese burger fries and gravy. Burgers were both burnt on one side. Gravy had a weird taste fries were cooked and ok. I couldn't believe a cook sent out 2 meals like this. This is the second time I have eaten here. With the first time being just about as disappointing.I will not go back again. I do not recommend this place at all.
