Vous serez agréablement surpris par la cuisine végane caribéenne de chef Pamela! J’ai pris un bol « Ox Tail » pour emporter et c’était au delà de mes attentes.

I love Pamela’s food! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious & nutrient rich…a flavour burst in every bite! Her desserts are spectacular, you’d never know there isn’t any sugar in them.
I always feel uplifted when I come in the door.

Lively vibe with color panels and paintings. The food was delicious and beautiful and made to order. So nice to be able to get vegan food! Desserts were scrumptious.

Come to Cafe Caye if you want some tasty health food from anywhere in the world. Chef Pam serves up culinary treats from SE Asia, the Caribbean, England, and more. She keeps it on rotation, so you never know what goodies she'll cook up the next visit.

We ordered a lentil patty ($5) and bowl of pad Thai ($15). Both tasted phenomenal. Ordered a cookie to go, and she gave us a free extra cookie + hot chocolate to go.

The restaurant's atmosphere is serene. You can people watch from a stool at the front window, have a more relaxed meal on the couches, or a traditional sit down at the tables.

She's also got some local cookbooks, jams and trinkets for sale.

Chef Pam is a gem. Come for the food, stay for the stories, leave feeling lovely!

One of the best vegan restaurants I have ever been to. Best patties I've ever had, period. They didn't have their full menu when we were there cause it was the off season, but we will be driving from Halifax just to try the full menu this summer--it's that good. The food was so incredible, we ended up taking a bunch of desserts to go, and they also blew our minds. The chef is incredibly talented. This restaurant is a real gem and not to be missed. I can't wait to return and wish it wasn't so far from home.

Chef Pam and her husband are gems! The food was incredible, the atmosphere lovely, and we were treated to the warm and generous hospitality of this lovely restaurant. Ample vegan options and non-vegans will leave happy and full as well!
