Can't give enough praise about the staff at calm. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. Haley has been my go to waxer for over 2 years now and Lizzie does a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Rhea is amazing with my nails! I never used to be someone who treated myself to manicures or pedicures, but now they're part of my monthly routine thanks to Rhea. Everyone is so kind and I love going in every few weeks to chat and catch up during my services. Will definitely keep coming back to this lovely spa!

My daughter Melody (6 yrs old) and I just enjoyed a lovely pedicure at calm. Our feet feel brand new and we love the polish! Very relaxing atmosphere and the girls were so kind and professional.

I had a great experience at Calm Beauty + Wellness! I booked my manicure and pedicure online which was super easy and convenient. When I arrived to the spa, the staff was welcoming and I enjoyed the overall vibe. The pedicure station was located in the back and the dimmed lighting and music made it even more relaxing than it looked. I really enjoyed my time at this spa and my nails looked fantastic. Would highly recommend!

So very glad Cayuga opened a spa. Very convenient location. The staff are very friendly and you feel comfortable going there. Christa, the owner, is a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable. I love the pedicure area with dim lighting and soft music. So relaxing. Lizzie has done my nails a few times and they always look amazing. She is very caring and precise and a bit of a perfectionist, which I love about her. My nails are not in the best shape, but they look amazing when Lizzie is finished working her magic. I can't wait to try some of the other services at this spa. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Update: July 24/25 I took my two great nieces, ages 4 and 5, for mani/pedi's for passing school. Lizzie and Emma took one each and gave them a spa experience. They were both so good with the girls and told them about each step they will do. From clipping nails, to removing rough edges, to buffing on the nails. They did the same when they had their pedicures done from the whirlpool water, the clipping and cleaning of the nails to the lovely sugar scrub on the feet and calves. Lizzie offered them music to soak by during their pedicures and of course they chose Taylor Swift...lol. They were singing and very relaxed. The service today was absolutely amazing and the most important thing was that the girls had fun. I will take them back again for another fun day!!

Amazing experience!
I’ve been coming to calm studio since they’ve opened and can whole heartedly say the staff, amenities and all the services they offer are truly amazing.
I’ve never felt more comfortable in any other wellness studio and will always recommend them to friends and family!

Ive seen Haley for reflexology and a scalp massage a number of times. Ive even brought my daughter to her as well, and she is magical!
Recently, I had a Brazilian with Haley. It was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable and explained the process so I knew what to expect. And she was very clear in explaining the aftercare as well. Haley did an excellent job- as expected! She is amazing at what she does! I look forward to seeing her again!
