We were supposed to stay for a few nights, but we ended up checking out early due to the terrible conditions. The room was in unacceptable shape – dirty, with bugs crawling around, and the bedsheets had cigarette burn holes. It was by far the dirtiest motel I have ever encountered.

The receptionist, however, made the experience even worse. He was completely dishonest from the beginning, lying about the cleanliness and services offered by the motel. When we brought up our concerns and complaints multiple times, he showed no intention of taking action or addressing the issues. Instead, he brushed us off as if our complaints didn’t matter.

To make things even worse, after deciding to leave early, he refused to refund the rent for the remaining two nights we had already paid for. His lack of integrity and blatant dishonesty were shocking. The way he handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I strongly advise anyone considering this place to avoid it at all costs. If it’s just for one night, you’d be better off sleeping in your car than staying in this disgraceful motel. The poor conditions and the deceitful attitude of the receptionist will only ruin your stay.

The lobby photo looks nice in their pics with the right angle. Walked into the room killed 4 beetles, the tub hasn't been cleaned in sometime an comes with pubes already in it. The bed corner looks like either dried dirt or blood. The owner has his kid running the front an seems lost. The rooms in the photos look way nicer then what I booked. But I guess that's what you get for the price. A total dump!

My wife went into labour 2 days into a 4 night stay and I was unable to get a refund when asking to checkout early. This policy wasn't evident at the time of booking. When I politely asked the front desk for a refund/credit or any alternative they pointed to a handwritten sign on the wall that said "no refunds." The adult in charge spke another language and was using a child as a translator, so communication was very difficult. I prioritized my family over this refund or any kind of resolution but will not be back and would strongly advise against staying here.

Wasn't cleaned from last customer, bed was dirty, dirty towel on toilet. Service was horrible, and didn't hold my reservation. Wanted a kitchenette for a month, they threw me in a basic room, and were adamant I paid in cash. Would not stay here again!

Really needs to be updated or new beds and pillows and bedding. The tv doesn't work in the room I'm in now. But the room only costed me 75 dollars so I guess it's not all that bad.. cheapest in camrose for sure .

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Tried calling to confirm I still had a room the day of........ called 20 times no answer. Wouldn't even speak to me about not answering. Had booked for my family of 4 and tried giving me a room with one bed. Rooms are grungy and walls are stained. Toilet barely flushes, floors are dirty, ants crawling everywhere, beds are old and gross, and cant describe the smell...... Don't stay here....... sleep on a park bench or anywhere else!

The room could definitely use a deep clean. Dust caked on everything, dirt hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door, nasty pillows (invest in pillow protection) + the pillows were old and flat af! Leaky faucets, dirty walls & crumbs/dirt all over the inside of the dresser drawers.
