Book last weekend. Not impressed that there is no mention that the pool, hot tub and waterside are out of service, certainly would have booked elsewhere had i known that. Even while checking in, the lady said nothing. We had to go find out for ourselves.

Update: just checked their site and it now says their pool is out of service 😑

A welcoming place. Rooms spotless, food great, hot tub very nice. We arrived early and got into our room right away. Casino very nice although we didn’t go in very long. Lots of parking as well. Very quiet. A nice place to stay. Definitely would go again.

Our room was very nice and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area needs major attention, hot tub jets down, lots of wear and tear and lack of cleanliness or up keep. Casino was smaller but we enjoyed it and had a good time. Breakfast needs work, everything cold, kitchen makes large batches when not needed and it sits and gets cold. Fill items more often would reduce this issue as reading reviews this is an ongoing issue. Would come back if pool area is attended to.

My husband won a one night stay the "romantic package" for the hotel. Everything was fine during check in. I tapped my credit card for the $100 deposit, because my stay was free.
Unfortunately Sunday morning they unauthorized $374 from my husband's bank account and that was the price of the stay package for the night. They reimbursed the money that they took out on the Monday. My husband called and spoke to Karina and was told she would speak to the general manager Hani. They would get back to him. No calls ever came back to us. The following day he called and was informed that Hani was sorry about the incident.

They had the opportunity to make this right. There was no need for them to take out any money other than the $100 deposit.

This was my first time going to this hotel.. Unfortunately this was my last.

We stayed here to accommodate an early surgery at St Mary’s Hospital. The rooms were fine. They were clean and pretty much your average hotel room. The staff were, at best, disinterested and, at worst, rude. The housekeeping staff were still cleaning rooms when we arrived (at around 5:15 pm). We had no issue with this except the hallway was lined with cleaning carts and 2 of the 3 staff members were clearly upset that they had to move to allow us to get by to get to our room. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel (Rosie’s). We both ordered the same thing off the menu and ended up getting what was dried out “roast beef” on a baguette that tasted sour. The waitress was self admittedly new and basically shrugged it off after bussing our nearly full plates. We stayed here primarily for the casino as we thought it would be a distraction from the next day’s events but found ourselves both exiled to the room being physically ill after our dinner adventure. As there was no alarm clock in the room, I attempted to call for an early wake up call in case the alarm on my phone somehow failed and we missed our appointment. I had to call three times before reaching the front desk as I was diverted to the voicemail system the other two times. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Honestly, we would’ve been better off collecting points at the Ramada and having a meal at Boutin Pizza and both would’ve likely been much more enjoyable.

If you have kids, do NOT stay here. Even if you don't, think twice. ||Our hockey team booked our reservation in October for a tournament the last weekend of November. There was NO mention of the pool being under construction/maintenance. Upon arrival, we see the whole area is clearly half ripped up with no work being done.....Pool has obviously been out of commission for quite a while and does not appear to be close to returning. When we talked to the manager about alternatives - normally a hotel will offer a room for the kids to gather if there is no pool, we were told too bad so sad. There were THREE hockey teams at the hotel this weekend. ||In addition to the pool disaster, the hotel is in poor repair. One elevator didn't work, so there was only a single elevator for all guests. Our room had cracks & chips in the wall, mattresses that looked and felt like they were older than my teenager, the chair in our room was peeling fake leather and left bits everywhere if you even breathed near it. ||There was a evening manager who was absolutely ridiculous. I'm normally not one to complain or push back but his actions were over the top. On the Friday evening (first night of our stay) we were waiting for the elevator for close to 10 minutes. Some of our team had bags to carry up still. Our girls were standing politely waiting, chatting amongst themselves. He comes off the elevator hot, telling them they are not allowed in the stair wells without a parent. Keep in mind, we have just come back, we have not been there, and were doing nothing wrong. Also, only one working elevator. Our girls are 12-14 years old. He was also blocking us from getting on the elevator while almost shouting this at the girls, I ended up pushing past to catch the elevator before it left again. Then loaded our girls on and told him the girls would be using the stairs until the second elevator was fixed. ||The second night, my daughter had 2 teammates in our room playing cards, when they went to return to their room, the same manager was in the hallway having just chased a group from another team. I understand that, however when they escaped him he immediately turned towards the two girls just leaving my room and started stomping towards them. Not Acceptable. I gave him the stare down and escorted the girls back to their room. ||I can appreciate that you don't want kids running through the hotel, but when you LIE about a pool, and provide no area for kids to gather, you are going to have problems. THREE hockey teams worth of kids and no where to go with no warning to parents. If we had known, we might have been able to plan offsite team activities or moved to another hotel with a working pool (which is why they didn't tell us in advance I'm sure - but then don't act like you didn't expect this)||All the hallway problems could easily have been avoided if they had provided a designated area for kids to gather, or better yet had been upfront about the pool situation. I head a rumor while there that they are in receivership. I do not know if this is true, but if it is that pool will remain out of service and they will continue to dupe teams to make money off of them. ||Also, I would skip the included breakfast. Literally the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had, and I've had 2 kids in hockey for 10 years, so we have done a lot of hotel breakfasts. Expired yogurt, ham that looked like it came from an old dinner buffet (dried out and disgusting) etc. We didn't go back the second morning because it was so bad. ||While I normally read lots of reviews I have never left one before, however this hotel was so bad I felt like I needed to warn other families and teams to stay away.

Will not stay here again. Blankets were torn, went to the front desk to get a new one and it was worse than the first one. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear conversations from other rooms, footsteps that sound like they’re coming into your room. The shower was horrible, step inside and you could feel it move like it was going to go through the floor. And the restaurant……….well let’s just say if you prefer to eat actual food that is prepared properly do not even try the restaurant. Very unsatisfied with the stay here. Not one night of good rest was had.
