Recently graduated from the laser technician program, their machines are advanced and in amazing condition. My teacher Amanda had thorough knowledge on the machine and was able to answer any questions on it. Amanda was very knowledgeable during the skincare portion, she had extensive knowledge on any ingredient and kept up with new skincare advances. Amanda was extremely sweet, she always made the classroom a comfortable environment and I looked forward to seeing her everyday. Would recommend Canadian beauty college

Attending this school was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I enrolled based on a friend’s recommendation—she took the makeup course and had an amazing instructor Brooklyn, so I had high hopes for the medical aesthetician program. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met.

The instructor for the medical aesthetics course, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional. She played favorites, formed cliques with certain students, and spent most of the class gossiping or discussing her personal life rather than teaching. She came across as too young and immature for the role and didn’t seem to take her responsibilities seriously. There was very little actual instruction or structure to the course.

When I tried to express my concerns to Rosemary, I felt dismissed and shut down. It became clear that the school prioritizes money over education and student success.

The curriculum was severely lacking in practical training. Aside from basic laser and chemical peel instruction, there was nothing “medical” about the course. With only one laser machine available, most students ended up sitting around without hands-on experience.

Overall, I’d rate this school a 2 out of 10. I wouldn’t recommend it—especially if Amanda is your instructor. I now work at a laser clinic, and several of my colleagues who also attended this school had similar negative experiences. Save your time and money, and consider other options for your education.

My experience here in the Makeup Artistry Certificate program was so good! I loved learning so many techniques and different makeup looks. Rosemary was super sweet and welcoming to the program. My instructor Brookelyn was so sweet and amazing at her job. She was so helpful in every step of the way and really just wanted her students to succeed. Shes such an angel and I looked forward to coming to class every week. I’m also so glad to have met such amazing people in my class, it was such a pleasure working with them. Thank you so much for everything!

I just finished my makeup certificate yesterday with Brooklyn we enjoyed each day and she’s very kind.

Had an wonderful experience today. Many thanks to Corey and April for my amazing colour and to Rachel for my cut. I was somewhat apprehensive at first but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back. Thanks also to Jean, the teacher for giving the ladies a guiding hand.

I attended and graduated the 10 month hair program in Ajax with Jacquie as my teacher. I really enjoyed my time there and excited to start my career as a stylist. Applying Jacquie's methods will take me far in the future. Rose is also an AMAZING administrator if your ever feeling overwhelmed in class she is the one to go to, to rise you up again. She has such an angelic way about her that makes her so comfortable to be around.

I’ve been a student and a client here and have had great experiences.

The class sizes are small so the teachers get to know you by name and bonds are created between the students. The lessons are very hands on so you feel 100% ready by the time you’re in the field. I also love that they offer part-time night courses.

I’ve also done laser hair removal & hair cut/colour services. The laser was test patched prior to treatment (which I’ve never had at other places) and it didn’t hurt at all! With my hair, the students were very professional and did my hair perfectly! I will be coming back!
