Very bad customer service. Guy name Rishab sitting on front desk doesn’t know how to talk. Very rude. Threatened me to call police because i asked him to return my deposit. This place is a scam. Please stay away from it.

So I'm pretty sure, I got ripped off.
I payed $225 for a non smoking single room.
I had to put down $425 with the $200 returned deposit. I believe the rate was $185
For the room. So why did I pay about $35 in GST + PST? Don't trust that Punjabi at the counter, he will rip you off! I was only thier since I was sick. FEB 13TH 7 PM CHECK IN.

It's one of my worst stays. Shivam, the front desk person, was so rude. He doesn't know anything about hospitality that should a front desk should have. I booked a room online, and the booking price was 104 $, but the guy charged me the room for 100$ cash for 3 hours. Even 10 minutes earlier to that they started calling to leave the room. I never saw that greediness by the hotels like that. Shivam was arguing too much and speaking very rudely 😡😡😡😡

I recently had a disappointing experience with Canadian Inn. Despite canceling my reservation three days in advance, I was charged for one night. When I requested their cancellation policy for clarification, the hotel refused to provide it.

This lack of transparency and unwillingness to share their policies is both unprofessional and frustrating. As a customer, I expect clear communication regarding terms and conditions, especially when it involves charges.

I would advise potential guests to exercise caution when booking with this hotel. Ensure you have all policies in writing before making a reservation to avoid unexpected charges and disappointment.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Canadian Inn and I feel it is necessary to share my honest feedback to help others avoid the same ordeal.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The floor was visibly dirty, with stains and grime that made me question the last time it had been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend it even for animals, as they deserve better conditions.

The odor and smell coming from the floor were absolutely unbearable. It kept me awake throughout the entire night, and I struggled to get any rest or sleep. It's astounding that a hotel could allow such a terrible environment for its guests.

To add to the disappointment, the price for my stay was $ 350 US dollars considering the disastrous service and deplorable conditions. It's unacceptable to charge so much and provide so little in return.

Furthermore, both the floor and windows were covered in cigarette ashes, which was not only unsightly but also a health hazard. This level of neglect in maintaining basic hygiene standards is inexcusable.

In summary, my stay at Canadian Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against booking a room at this establishment, as it falls far below even the most basic expectations of a hotel. It's truly a disgrace.

Positive: Clealiness and staff Negative: The sheets didnt stay on the bed and the ac only worked some of the time. The quality of the room in terms of repaired damage, flickering lights, water faucets, etc was tremendously mediocre. Certainly not worth ---.
