The service was friendly, helpful and thorough. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast service was excellent, and the whirlpool was a great way to relax after a long day. Overall a great experience and would stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff!

I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel — the rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very professional.
I’m currently staying at another hotel for an ice hockey event, and I genuinely miss the comfort and quality of your property.

However, I did have one issue during my stay. When I went for breakfast, many of the food items were already gone, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have a proper meal. I asked the staff if more food would be brought out, but I was told there was nothing left. It was disappointing, especially considering everything else about the hotel was excellent.

I hope this can be improved in the future, as I would love to return and have the full experience. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We arrived on time to use the hot tub and were told on check in that they couldn’t get to doing what was needed to it because they were too busy. This was one of the reasons we booked here! The next day we left for the day. We came back and no one had been in our room! The bed was untouched, dirty coffee mugs, no refill on coffee, dirty towels still in the shower, empty Kleenex, etc. we went to the front desk and they said we should have told them the night before if we wanted service?! That the front desk should have asked? I’ve never heard that before. Got a few coffees for the next morning and that was it. At check out we mentioned all of this. We explained they are charging a high rate and no service. She gave us 37 dollars off the entire bill. Will probably not be back - especially for the price we paid.

Rooms are always clean. Hotel is quiet. I've stayed here a dozen times over the last couple years and have never been woken up. Above and beyond breakfast selection (many hot choices such as eggs, sausages, etc). Friendly staff.

Checked into my single king bed room and found the toilet has not been flushed still with pee inside tried to flush it but toilet is clearly broken, feel like this should have been caught by the cleaning staff. The staff was nice enough and offered to change rooms unfortunately just a room with 2 queen beds now. Got $15 off the room for the night which is a nice gesture but doesn’t really mean much for the price of a night stay. Definitely tainted my stay here not sure if I’d book with canalta again.

I travel a lot for work. This hotel has the best morning breakfast. It is also very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Service is top notch.

Awesome stay once again. Staff, particularly Joanne at front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. This is the best hotel in the Tisdale, Nipawin, Melfort area.
