Horrible service, was a jerk to both my husband and I. Went in for our regular order and as my husband forgot his ID I then went in which was fine but when he asked if he could help me and I was ready two others in the store were not he proceeded to tell me with attitude that I had to wait my turn. Don’t ask a person if they are ready and how you can help if you are not able to actually assist them at that time. Easy enough to be pleasant and say I will be with you in a moment, not directing them to the counter and then being rude to them. We will no longer be going to this location. The local store in Morden was much nicer and they are actually pleasant.

It is quick and efficient service that takes no nonsense from people who don’t follow the rules, but every one I’ve dealt with working are all really nice and helpful

I went in once a couple years ago and havent set foot in since. I didnt have current ID. Old photo ID and current health card. The girl was going to accept that but the woman (manager?) Said thats no good. Im 47!!! Great service over at Tokyo tho!

While the selection is satisfactory, increasing the THC percentage of available products would be beneficial. Additionally, implementing a tip jar for budtenders would be a welcome addition. On my recent visits, I received excellent product recommendations and appreciated the staff's extensive knowledge of cannabis strains and their ability to address my needs.

It's surprising to see positive reviews for this store when there are two other options in town that offer identical pricing with superior product quality and service.

One particular employee applies ID checks selectively and exhibits clear bias in how he interacts with customers. His confrontational attitude and unsolicited remarks create an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Hardly the standard for quality customer service.

This establishment has been in decline for years, and unfortunately, it shows. A cannabis store should prioritize professionalism, consistency, and a positive customer experience. This one fails on all counts.

New customers should be aware of these issues before choosing to shop here. There are far better alternatives in town.
