Poor Customer Service. My daughter bought a pair o earrings by mistake and returned one hour later in the original package with no use. They don't want to return. The receipt says that any return can be made within 14 days with the original package and receipt. They just don't honor what is written on the receipt. I don't recommend this place.

Really great experience! I had a 2nd set of ear studs done. The young ladies who looked after me were extremely nice, friendly and service oriented. They made me feel welcome and that I was appreciated. I started going to Caryl Baker Visage 40 years ago in Toronto. They have always provided great service and after this experience, I will definately look into other services that they provide. Your staff are to be commended for representing the brand well!

Took my teen daughter here to have her eyebrows waxed and ears pierced for her birthday. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They made my comfortable and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Had a facial done recently at CBV Sarnia. It was my first one. I got the hydra facial- $250.
Sharon was fantastic, she was great at explaining everything and letting me know what she was doing. What I didn’t like was that it was done right at the back of the salon, and the only shield from me to the rest of the salon was a 2 foot wide sheet that did nothing. I felt very exposed, and it was 100% not relaxing because not only could I hear everyone in the salon (including a child crying while she got her ears pierced), I could hear passerby’s in the mall also. It didn’t feel like a luxury service whatsoever. My total with tip came to almost 400$ which I’m told is an absolutely insane price to pay for a facial. I did enjoy the service, and my skin feels great. It won’t be my last facial, but it will be my last at CBV.

Great customer service! Everyone is super kind and friendly when I go there. I was nervous getting my brows done at first but they did them so well! It's the only place I go to get them done. It's a lovely, clean environment. Staff is kind and most importantly well trained! Highly recommend!
