Nous étions 6 à visiter ce resto. Beau décor, excellents plats / choix de vin et surtout, nous avons eu une superbe soirée avec notre serveur MrJodi qui a offert un service hors pair. Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans aucune hésitation.

We had a great dining experience. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal.

The only downside was the service—it was a bit slow, especially toward the end of our meal. We waited quite a while after finishing and had to ask for the dessert menu. It might have been because it was close to closing time and there was a large group, but it did affect the overall experience.

Hopefully, the service will be a little more attentive next time!

Our experience was amazing from beginning to end. We started with the delicious calamari and bread service, followed by their standout signature dishes: the bone-in veal Parmesan and lobster carbonara. A special shoutout to Max for making our visit feel truly personalized.

I had an amazing dining experience at Castello Italiana in Banff. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with great attention to detail and authentic flavors. The dessert was simply exquisite—a perfect way to end the meal. The ambiance was very Italian, making the experience even more immersive, and the Italian music playing in the background was a great touch. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service; the staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

THE NICEST GNOCCHI EVER

I think about this daily haha it was the most delicious dish honestly I’ve had, up there with the top 10 favourite meals everrrrr
I’m sad I don’t live here I would eat this weekly if I did, maybe that’s a good thing hahah
definitely recommend this dish and add some chilli flakes.
My boyfriend had the lobster carbonara he said it was also delicious I don’t like seafood so didn’t try, the service was great too shout out to Emily!

What an excellent restaurant! We read about it in the Tomato magazine in Edmonton and knew we had to try it when the food was compared to Daniel Costa’s.
Polpette was amazing! The special chicken Parmesan, mushroom risotto (way too much for one person so we got to take it home), and lovely desserts recommended by our wonderful waiter, David, were all fantastic. It’s expensive but for us, worth it.
