We had such a wonderful experience at this indoor playground! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring the play areas were safe, clean, and fun for everyone. You can genuinely tell they care about the children’s experience and are happy to help whenever needed.

That said, I was really disappointed to witness how some parents or guardians treated the staff—with raised voices, disrespect, and disregard for clearly posted rules. It was uncomfortable to watch, yet I was truly impressed by how calmly and professionally the employees handled those situations. They showed so much patience and kindness even when they didn’t receive the same in return.

I want to especially stand up for the staff who were disrespected by one particular parent. I saw their negative review claiming the staff were rude and unhelpful—but that’s far from what actually happened. This individual was yelling, cursing, and even threw a wristband at a staff member’s face, all in front of children. All because they didn’t want to follow the same rules that apply to everyone, rules that are clearly written and there to keep kids safe.

It’s frustrating to see false reviews being posted, possibly by the same person’s friends or family who weren’t even there. It’s unfair to the hardworking staff who go above and beyond every day. They deserve more recognition—not criticism—for their dedication and professionalism.

Horrible experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. My friend took his little daughter here to play and when she sweetly asked her grandma to join her inside, the staff rudely refused. They said if we wanted anyone else to step in, we’d have to pay extra — seriously? Charging a grandmother just to accompany her granddaughter for a few minutes?

Their policies are beyond ridiculous and clearly designed to squeeze every last dollar out of families. Even worse, the staff had zero compassion or flexibility. They were outright rude, treating us like an inconvenience instead of valued customers.

A playground should be a happy place for kids and their families — not somewhere that makes you feel nickel-and-dimed and unwelcome. Save your money and take your kids somewhere that actually understands what family fun means. We definitely won’t be back, and we’ll be telling all our friends to steer clear.

Thank you to that lovely young lady for taking good care of my kids. It's a little bit pricey but it's worth it and safe. I did drop and shop for 2hours and the kids told me that they had a really GOOD TIME inside.

Nice play to drop off your kids 4.5+ yrs old while you take a small break. Pricing is a little high for 1-2 hours as the place is not very big for kids to run around.

Strong wifi, not crowded during the week & very large play area. Clean & nice employees. Very large space for birthdays. No bathrooms! Bring socks.

Don’t bring your kids to this place, they abouse your kids!!!! I paid $30 for one hour for my baby to play the rude reception doesn't let my mom go with her and my baby start crying and get stress and doesn't want to play anymore and they didn’t give my money back!!!!

Had my daughters birthday there and it was great! Staff were very nice, the space was perfect for our celebration and my daughter was so happy! Will definitely return again!
