Typically, it’s a very classic and cozy Canadian breakfast and brunch restaurant. It’s also our first time to visit Peterborough. We are glad to have meals there. Staffs there are friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Food is tasty and yummy no doubt we will go back again when we visit Peterborough.

Went in for breakfast this morning with my sister, my son, his wife and my granddaughter,
The server had an attitude to begin with. Proceeded to ask us what we wanted to drink but not. My granddaughter brought us utensils but not my granddaughter. All of our food came out before my granddaughter got her chicken fingers and french fries, we then had to ask for utensils for her. the plates were wrong. Made no effort to fix, my sister ordered eggs with cheese that was not melted, bacon was burnt, asked for eggs over medium got them over hard. When we brought it to the server's attention we got more attitude. She got the owner who proceeded to give us more attitude and tell us was basically that there was nothing that they were going to do. We said we didn't want to pay for the food cuz we didn't eat it. They took it and threw it out and still wanted to bring us a bill.
The time before this when I went there was a hair on my plate which I'm hearing is a common theme.
We paid for the chicken strips and left. We will never return and I will tell everyone to not go there if they want a decent breakfast. Absolutely Appalling!
PS. If you don't like your job as a server, you should perhaps find a job in a different field!!!!

Visiting family from Toronto wanted to have a nice family breakfast with my family before heading home, and that was not what we got!! The serve did not acknowledge my great niece when asking for drink orders, nor did she bring her cutlery, and she brought her food last, she's 3 years old she should have been served first!!! My eggs whites were cold with cheese that was not melted, and my bacon was burnt!! My sister and nephew got the wrong toast and we're told to just switch from their own plates, and their eggs were over cooked. The server was rude, rolled her eyes many times, and then the owner told us we could leave and not come back. And all this was after my sister had found hair in her food twice and decided to give them another chance to take our money. WE will in fact NEVER be going back to this restaurant which we frequented often!!!

Im appalled, don’t know where to start. I came here with my Mother,Aunt,Wife and daughter. My daughter was not brought cutlery until asked and then was not delivered till after her food had arrived. The waitress at the time had asked everyone there drink order expect for my daughter until I spoke up as she was walking away. Everyones food had arrived expect for my daughter once again. Multiple plates were incorrect and only attitude was received by the waitress. Once informed that we unhappy she rolled her eyes walked away and got the owner, the owner proceeded to tell us she does not care if we leave. So we did! I highly DO NOT recommend this place.
Absolutely disgusted the way my family was treated.

My Mom and I go here after I take her shopping. I’m my opinion, it’s a little hidden gem. We rather enjoy it, the food is always fresh and delicious with very reasonable prices. The service is great and the wait staff are very friendly.

Really AMAZING customer service here.

CC's Cafe will always be memorable for their AMAZING customer service. Very friendly with me while I was ordering, eating, & paying the bill. Great friendly servers with humour & great energy. That's the vibes. Also, good Quesadilla. Chicken was very tender & a great bite. The best here was definitely the Customer Service.

This was a solid and affordable local diner experience, my friends and I had brunch here during a weekend trip. The staff were very friendly, approachable and professional. My one friend and I both had the Little One and my other friend had the Cesar Wrap. The eggs were good, the toast was nice and the home fries were decent as well. One thing to keep in mind is that, as with many local small businesses in the area, they don’t take credit but they do take cash or debit. Overall good quick dine in brunch.

This is the first time for my wife and I to have breakfast here. The food was great the toast was fantastic. Our waitress Jenny was unbelievably friendly. If you want a filling breakfast good coffee at a reasonable price I would highly recommend coming here.
