The facilities are lovely! As soon as you open the door and the steam escapes, you feel like you are transported to a different world! I love that they support local, clean/non-toxic brands. The whole building is very clean and they have a beautiful array of saunas. The steam room with eucalyptus was our favourite, especially paired with the cold bucket! Our experience was spectacular. I’d love to see them expand to have pools one day to make the experience world class, but even just as a sauna/steam experience, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be coming back!! =))

I've been a member at Cedar and Steam almost since they opened, and while I enjoy it any time of year, it's especially important for me during winter. They focus on accessible sauna and steam - you bring your own flip flops, water bottle, lock, and get a robe only if you are having a massage. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the massage therapists that I've had services from have been mostly great. If you are looking for a luxury spa experience with lounge areas and extra touches, you may want to look somewhere else. If you are looking for sauna, steam and massage, this is a great option.

Affordable, nice, relaxing spa/sauna experience. My family and I did two hours there. There are 4-5 different saunas, and three individual showers with doors, and one open shower. They're all kinda in one area? With lockers and all. So like other comments below, if you are looking for luxurious spa with lounges and all, I'd recommend other spaces. However, pretty good for the price and if you want to just Sauna and shower.

Incredible experience. The sauna and steam rooms were so relaxing and being able to combine that with a massage was *chefs kiss*. Then to have kombucha waiting when you come out of your massage… perfection. Michelle was very skilled and kind. I will absolutely be recommending Cedar & Stream to everyone I know.

I absolutely love Cedar & Steam! I have had both therapeutic and lymphatic massages here and both were great. Sitting in a hot sauna/steam always feels so good, especially on a cold winters day. Everyone that works there is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I really could not say enough good things.

Not a great experience
Have never booked her and thought of trying it
Got there the day of, the reception was brutal. No smile or welcome from reception, I had to tell him this was our first time. He didn’t show us around we had to figure out where the lockers were and did know where to go from there. Our massage therapist, one of them introduced herself and helped us by telling us to go change and pointed to where the lockers were. We did not know where the change rooms were let alone the bathroom, which ended up being the change rooms too. After our massage we had to ask where the saunas were. Finally someone showed us where the 4 Shauna were and told us about them.
The massages were ok, not spectacular
We wanted a drink of water after a few Shaunas but we’re not told there was a charge for them.
I would not go there again sadly. Guess we expected more or at least a friendly welcome and tour … too much to ask!!!!

15/10 would recommend this place, everytime I have gone it's been an amazing experience. The price is incredible, it's nice to have an affordable place to enjoy a sauna and steam! On valentines I did a solo treat my self evening here and did the massage package with a steam. OMG, the massage with Cassandra was one if the top 5 I've ever had. You get a complementary kombucha flight after which was amazing and then rotate yourself through the relaxation of the saunas. Every staff member was incredible so lovely and kind. Hands down the best valentines ever and it was with myself 🤣 cannot recommend this place enough!

Pretty poor experience from beginning to end, repeatedly.
The website doesn't have an easy way to view your profile, but you need to sign in to book anything.
Challenge to reach anyone to cancel bookings or modify.
The one steam sauna always smells bad every time I've gone.
And lastly, I've had family members who have purchased gift cards for me and when I go to use them they are empty.
This has happened repeatedly - with the only recourse hoping that the person who purchased the gift card set up a proper profile for them to look it up.
The most recent time this occurred it became apparent that the gift card provided had a different number than what was in their system. But I'm still out a second gift card.
Absolutely terrible. Please don't waste your money and time.
