Nice clean Spa and the owner very nice and helpful. but staff need to more professional, not keep telling the customer your body so stiff so hard to massage. I come to to release my stress not hear your complaining. You telling me a couple time is okay, but not telling me the whole hour session. You don't have to tell me the previous customer his body so stiff too making you tired and no energy for my session.

I recently visited CedarSpa for a body scrub and a relaxing massage, and the experience was amazing. Thanks to Natalia's expert technique, I felt deeply connected to my body. She was not only skilled but also incredibly tactful, speaking only when needed, allowing for a peaceful, uninterrupted experience. The heated massage table, soothing aroma oils, and hot towels for each part of the body were thoughtful touches that elevated the relaxation. I truly appreciate how much CedarSpa knows about creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

I'm sharing my experience to help prep others - I lost $100 today and that's not a small amount of money for me. The people at this spa are absolutely lovely, the place is beautiful and everyone is professional. That being said, I had a massage (which they were kind enough to reduce in charge when I opted not to do the full hour) that unfortunately left me feeling more stressed. I have very sensitive skin and the lady who treated me was unable to slow down enough for long enough and do more muscle stripping so I asked for it to stop. She did suggest that maybe massage isn't for me right now, but that's not the case as I have had massages that were deeply relaxing, even with my sensitive skin. My therapist was very chatty and meaning well when she educated me on proper sleep positioning but even though I awkwardly asked for some time to meditate, she talked the whole time. This made me feel like I needed to pay attention and respond, which is kind of the opposite of what I need right now. I'm dealing with family members that are very ill and overwhelming business needs so I just needed to unplug.

I spoke to the owner who was kind and compassionate when I shared with her how I was feeling, but sadly, she didn't do anything to rectify my terrible experience other than suggest I come back and spend more money. When you invest $100, you'd hope for it to be compensated if you didn't receive what you were purchasing. I've experienced companies who go above and beyond to ensure their clients always walk away happy, and in my career, I've always done the same, even if I have to take a big hit financially. It's just sad sometimes when the service you give to others isn't something you experience yourself.

12/10 experience - HIGHLY recommend!!! I was visiting Toronto and needed a pedicure badly. I am so happy CedarHouse Spa was recommended to me because I loved my experience! The owner, Julita, and my pedicurist, Mila, were so kind and sweet. Mila’s pedicure was amazing and my feet look and feel great! Also, the spa is so clean!! I wish I had booked more services at CedarHouse Spa before leaving Toronto!!!

I came here for a prenatal massage and the entire experience was fantastic. The ladies at the front were very friendly, I didn’t have to wait too long to get to my massage room and the masseuse (Barbara) was amazing. Super sweet and thoughtful and really made sure I enjoyed the experience while providing great advice on stretches etc. for my back pain. Would love to come again!

I LOVE going to this spa. The smell, people and ambiance is amazing and so welcoming that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Even though I have spas next to my home, I drive far for this particular spa. I always get massages done by Barbara and she does an amazing job. I once had to cancel my appointment in the last minute and was willing to even pay for the service since it’s too late for them to get another client, but Julita has called people that were in waiting list, filled the appointment and called back to me to tell she was able to fill and that I don’t have to pay anything, this shows how they truly care about their clients and not just the money. I will be their forever client.

Went for a lymphatic drainage massage and I feel great! Anastasia made me feel very comfortable and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be back!

A HIDDEN GEM!! Claudia gave the most amazing deep cleansing facial. Her technique is spectacular. My skin feels and looks amazing. Will definitely be going back for services. Definitely worth your time to check out and give these girls a try! You will not be disappointed.
