Heal how you feel are more than just words. Katie working on my golfers elbow has been a game changer for me. I have been struggling with elbow, tendon and forearm issues for years. Previous professionals told me to limit use but this is just not practical for a weekend warrior that lives where it snows most days. Combination of Katie massaging, educating me, and taking time to show me how to properly do a new stretch has allowed me to be active without the pain.

I've had pain in my adductor due to an injury over a year ago. I even got an ultrasound done and nothing came off it but it still hurt and hindered my progress in the gym. Even doctors weren't able to tell me whats wrong? Im so grateful for Katie she finally made my pain go away and I'm back to pushing big numbers in the gym. I after lifting weights with a trainer for a couple of years, I hurt my lower back almost a year ago. As a 59 yr old woman, I am not as spry as in the past, and don't recover as quickly. After I hurt my back, I sought out help from my local physiotherapist and chiropractor. Unfortunately, I had little relief. At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to make the 1.5 hr drive to see Matt. He's great. He's not your guy if you are wanting a relaxing massage, because frankly working on my muscles hurts. In addition, he's great at examining lifting form, so I will stay pain free and will be able to get back to lifting in the not too distant future.
