This place is clean and well kept. The portions are massive! Always good and I've never had to return anything. Service is always on point. My family and I have gone several times throughout the course of the last 2 years. I'll recommend their steak sandwich, and their roccafella chicken *chef's kiss*. They even have amazing daily specials and deals on beer. This place is the perfect spot to eat and drink a pint or two. I recommend anyone and everyone to eat here. Photos are of the beef and mushroom pie and a steak sandwich. Oh and for the kids, they are extremely well equipped with a menu catered for children. No complaints from me! 100/10!

Overall good experience. Staff is wonderful. Our waitress was lovely. The atmosphere was nice and lively, with lots of TVs to help keep up with any sports games. This spot has dart boards that you can use if you bring your own darts. I ordered the ribs and spicy Caesar chicken wings for $20, recommended by the waitress, and a pint of Rickard’s Red. My biggest concern was finding a hair on one of my chicken wings. Though I didn’t make a big fuss, it still brought down my rating on what would have been a five star meal. Overall, this spot is worth visiting if you live in Durham, as long as they keep the hairs out of the food.

Amazing pub with a great atmosphere, good good and portion sizes. Their wing specials are definitely worth the visit, along with their other daily specials. Hard to find good value these days!

They also have a magician on some days which was a nice entertaining touch! It's not our first time here and certainly won't be the last. Cheers!

It's very loud here. Especially when sports are on. I wasn't able to have a conversation with people across the table from me. Food was tasty, but all the chicken was overcooked (wings and voodoo poutine). I was given the incorrect sauce on my wings, but by the time I was able to tell a server, the rest of my group was halfway through the meal, and I didn't want to be "that person". My son also ordered a kids meal, but they didn't ask him what he wanted for his dessert. This is also the same menu as Portly Piper, and had I know that, I wouldn't have come. I don't like going to restaurants when all the food is premade and/or frozen.

I went here for lunch the other day and the food was really great! But what made the experience even better was the amazing server we had, her name was Alex and she truly went above and beyond for us, recommending the jacks double smashed burger which did not disappoint one bit! She made us feel right at home and had us laughing the entire time, we will definitely be going back!

Ordered the delivery. Currier arrived in time, everything was tasty and crispy. Onions and fries were still great after being transported at minus 6 degrees.
