Very relaxing vibe. The staff is always super nice, always positive and smiling. We have tried many drinks and to list the ones we like would be too long of a post so I'll keep it vague. Traditional milk tea is a great start with tapioca pearls. If you like fruity drinks the slushies or fruit teas are amazing. For a pick me up, order from the Nespresso drinks (tried and loved it). I personally like the Thai Milk Tea with nothing in it to enjoy the full flavour of the drink but the Honeydew is also a weakness of mine. Overall will return many many more times. Great for a date night out or a dessert after eating dinner.

This bubble tea place is on Harvard Street near Gordon and Stone in Guelph. The drinks are amazing. Staff is super friendly. I regularly visit it and try seasonal drinks would recommend at 100%.

Came in 15 minutes before closing. Whatever the Caucasian girl’s name is - very rude and gave attitude. Plus the order was made wrong. All she wanted to do was just chill with her friends that were sitting there and joke around with them. Never had a negative experience with any of the other workers - they were fantastic.

On the evening of Friday, May 30, I visited this tea store and encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. I have hearing difficulties and struggled to understand the employee (an Asian woman) taking my order. Despite my repeated apologies and requests for her to repeat herself, she appeared visibly frustrated and acted as though I was an inconvenience. Additionally, I found it unreasonable that the store prompted for a tip for a self-service drink.
This experience was disappointing, and I urge the staff to be more accommodating and empathetic, especially toward customers with non visible disabilities. I won’t be returning that’s for sure.

I went to get my birthday drink here and they left out the custard that was supposed to be in my drink. My sister went to get her birthday drink a week later as well and they did the same thing. Such a scam to come to this Chatime.

I dont order bubble tea all the time and i had to ask for some help deciding and the gentlemen behind the counter took his time and explained what was inside them. Got 3! They where so good, will be back!

Nice and bright place to hang out. Friendly server. Although a bit too sweet for me, I like my order of mango juice with tapioca and coconut. Just have to ask for less sugar next time. Looks like they also has many other interesting options to try
