Excellente chambre d'hôtes très propre et accueillante. Excellent accueil des propriétaires, très bons conseils.||Superbe petit déjeuner (pains au chocolat, croissant, salade de fruits frais, yaourts, ...).||Des colibris dans le jardin très bien entretenu par Stan et Kathleen.||Par contre voiture indispensable.

We had a wonderful stay at Chickadee Pines! Stan & Kathleen were fantastic hosts, very friendly & helpful with ideas about places to visit, where to eat etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean & the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was really good, always fresh and plentiful & as many have said the croissants were lovely, with the view of the 3 sisters mountains from the breakfast table what more could you want. We only wish we had stayed longer & would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous B&B to anyone, thank you Stan & Kathleen! Joyce & Emilio 😊

We had the room with the ensuite bathroom and really enjoyed our stay at Chickadee Pines with our host Stan. He was very welcoming and helpful. There is a guest lounge with TV and a small kitchenette with tea/coffee and biscuits. The breakfasts are served in the main kitchen upstairs in the house and the view out the window is spectacular. The breakfast was pretty good too with cereals, pastries, fruit etc to choose from.||If you are looking for somewhere to eat nearby, try the Iron Goat pub which is across the road, across the river and up a bit - less than 7 minutes walk and it also has an amazing view of the Three Sisters.||We had baulked at paying Banff and Lake Louise prices and were so glad that we found Chickadee Pines. Stan really values his guests and made us feel special.

If you are planning on visiting the Banff, Lake Louise, or Yoho areas, this is the place to stay for all of those. We stayed here, in Lake Louise and in Banff during our trip and realized too late that we should have just booked all of our nights in Canmore at Chickadee Pines and taken day trips to each of those places... All are easily reached and experienced on day trips from Canmore at a more reasonable rate. ||||This is a wonderful B & B, clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated with easy access to separate downstairs B and B area. All amenities one would expect are available. ||||Stan and Kathleen are wonderful hosts, very knowledgeable about the entire area and can offer great suggestions for activities or things to see. The "continental" breakfasts were very good, very filling and varied. It was very nice to have a relaxed morning breakfast and discussion with Stan each morning we were there.||||Again, our only regret in retrospect was not staying here for all of scheduled days to visit the area. There is really no need to stay in Banff or in Lake Louise when you can stay here...

We appreciated the excellent standard of care at Chickadee Pines . The hosts Stan and Kathleen have provided many little extras to add to the comfort of our stay . The accommodation is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are lovely . |I think one room has an en suite bathroom , but our room The Trout Run , had a private bathroom across the lounge area . This was not a problem but future guests remember to pack a dressing gown !|Canmore is a lovely little town and we would recommend staying in the area and at Chickadee Pines in particular for your stay in the Banff national park area .

We loved this b&b. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners live upstairs whilst the two rooms down below are used for the b&b. There is a communal living room that is shared between these two room and you have your own entrance separate from the owners to enter the home so it felt very private. ||The breakfasts are outstanding. I don't think I have ever tasted such lovely croissants!
