We won't be returning, every surface felt dirty, the lighting is trash, the lanes are in rough shape, scoring isn't accurate, balls are chipped and dirty.

The shoes were busting at the seems.

The walls need paint, the floors need waxing,the lanes need to be resurfaced and leveled.

We've played at Vernon, Burnaby, Scottsdale, Chase, Boston Bar, Aldergrove and Galaxy in Abbotsford and these are by far the worst lanes around.

$40/hr......gross.

Absolutely disgusting place, booked my daughter’s birthday here. The room they put you in for food and presents was gross and dirty, not to mention had rat poop all over the place ( I didn’t notice it till the kids were all eating) when I went to complain about it and ask for a discounted price all they wanted to refund was 25$ … when I am paying 30$ a kid for a birthday there should not be rat poop where you expect kids to eat. Bathrooms were gross, 1 stall was covered in vomit and the only available stall looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months. would never ever recommend someone booking parties here. Was absolutely revolting

This website is very confusing. Some days it says it's open at 11 a.m. Other days it's noon, or 1 p.m. And this isn't including holidays. Finally got to play there today and it was terribly cold! Not conducive to playing pool for an hour. Please make sure the hours are correct on Google maps, and when they ARE open, turn on the heat a little bit! It's not like we're running around, working up a sweat. Definitely has gone downhill since being taken over by someone else. Manager must be made aware of how unhappy customers are.

1 star place. Old un renovated building. Chipped away bowling lanes. Gross smell right as you walk in. Very very dirty. No hot water in bathrooms. No locks on bathroom stalls. Ripped damaged bowling shoes. Screens for 1960s. Poor management. Underly staffed

Went today with a friend and our kids. We paid for an hour which got us one game and a partial game. Was a good time and kids had fun. The lanes do need upgrading but we didn't have any issues with our lane

Great time with family, we played pool while we were there.
The staff is very easy going and they treat customers well.

Came as a group of 11 . It was very cold inside. Manager was wearing a down jacket. Most of the lights were off. Computors were off and no heat. You had to use a broken stick to press the reset button because it was broken. The alleys we used were wildly out of level causing the ball to veer back to the centre.Most of the alleys were not lit.The building smelled of cold deep fry grease. On a positive note, the manager was very friendly going out of her way to do all she could to make our experience as good as possible. I really hope they can fix the issues, but right now we were really disappointed

Old school gem in the heart of downtown Chilliwack. Great for families, friends or first dates. There’s even a pub connected so you can grab a beer while your kids bowl.
