I can't say enough good things about Chinook Yoga. What a wonderful place with knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging teachers. I am a 56 year old beginner yoga student with lots of physical issues (chronic low back issues, arthritis, overweight, etc). Chinook has really helped me to listen to my body, respect where I am at, and be gentle with myself. The teachers are awesome at guiding the students to do poses in modified ways that are safe but still challenging for every body. And the teachers and students are just normal people of all ages with normal bodies of all shapes, and sizes. Not intimidating at all. Hope to see you there!

Chinook yoga studio is my favourite place in Prince George! There is a real feeling of community that is fostered by the owner and teachers. Swati is the most amazing teacher! She will immerse you in all aspects of yoga and take your practice to a new level.

A welcoming and supportive space to practice Yoga, among like minded and wonderful people. The teachers a diverse and knowledgeable. They also have a great boutique that sells mats, props, and other great Yoga products.
