Parents picking up or dropping off their children for swimming classes literally walk in the outdoor shoes all the way to the pool / deck area. This is disgusting, absolutely awful and nobody from the facility is there to stop this and discipline parents! What is this country becoming?!?!

This place overall is an actual damn joke. First of all, my kids were sitting down on their phones outside the gym at where the tables are at, and the staff told them to go in the gym (which I was in). They were quiet and they never did anything wrong. The staff also scolded at them and one of my kids came up to me crying. Overall, just please find another community centre.

This is a Compliant against two swimming pool guards who did not show up for their early morning shift (5:30am) on Saturday Feb 10th, which resulted in entire swimming session been cancelled affecting over 50 swimmers and their family.

To the life guards who did not show up this morning- your lack of responsibility caused HUGE inconvenience to over 50 swimmers and their families leaving one responsible life guard who did show up in a very unfair position.

1. Do you know that for early morning 6 am practice , swimmers and their families have to wake up 4:30 am ish to get ready and head to the swim practice. Only to be disappointed to find out the swimming session been abruptly cancelled for security reason of not enough life guards on deck and on duty.

2. Do you know that your lack of responsibility/ no show/ absence caused lots of stress to the only life guard who did show up who unfortunately had to close down the pool explaining to parents the reason why.

3. Do you know that it is Your responsibility to show up to your shift ? For whatever reason, you need to find your own replacement if you cannot make it. It is the common sense. Put yourself into the swimmers shoes, wake-up super early for practice only to be turned away due to lack of life guard- how would you feel about this?

Please think about the consequences of your actions and been a RESPONSIBLE life guard moving forward!!!!!!!!

A huge improvement compared to the old rink I used to visit as a child. The building is clean and fresh with a large pool. The change rooms still stink, but I guess that's hockey, eh!
